I recently had the pleasure of dining at what I can confidently say is the best Mexican restaurant I've ever visited. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for the entire evening. The food at this restaurant is truly exceptional. Food is decent, but the customer service here is terrible. We ordered some rolled taquitos with 2 shredded beef quesadillas. We asked her to read the order back to us. She read it back wrong, saying 2 shredded beef tacos. We corrected her, telling her we weren't ordering any tacos, they were 2 shredded beef quesadillas. She said ok, we'll fix that. Fast forward 20 minutes, we get home, open our order to eat & find out - you guessed it - we got tacos!! We call back to tell her we'd like to bring back the tacos to exchange for the quesadillas we ordered in the first place & she says they'll charge the difference! I work customer care & I'm sorry, if one of my customers made it home (20 minutes away) & had to drive BACK to fix an order I messed up - AFTER being corrected, I'd honor the cost as a courtesy. I asked to speak to the manager, she said wasn't in. When I asked what days/hours he worked, so I could call back, she said she "didn't know." My mind was blown. Honest review I live close by and eat here sometimes. So that being said i rate this place a 3 they don't always take care of your food seems like there always in a run to push you out the door. I have gotten food that looks like they just thru it in the bag and gave it to me didn't even rap my food like they usaly do. Have gotten super greasy carne asada before as well. I come here when I can't think of anything else to eat or that late night munchie call

Update: how to I get charged 30$ for two burritos I took off cheese guacamole and pico and sourcream receipt said 0.00 on all so the price didn’t change. I change the meat from asada to pastor and it says add meat for 2.75$ so em I getting both meats? I didn’t I only wanted one why em I benign charged for added meat when I didn’t I substituted it ?
