Today is Monday, 3 July. I’m writing this review at 11:15 AM. I was going to drive through with this store and I order six drinks and after they charge me they start passing me the cups one by one. I asked for a cup holder they said we do not have any and I can see the the cupholders in the back of the barista. I asked for the cupholders that they were sitting on the counter. She said those cupholders are only for Uber eat we cant pass them to our regular customer. I’ve been buying my coffee from the store every morning and I have been tipping two dollars almost for every transaction. I go to this store every day. It’s very sad to see that they only will give cupholders to the Uber eats who don’t really pay any tips and care about the store .store manager came out and gave me a very awkward looking box that she made out of a curtain that was sitting probably on the floor. Read moreAs a frequent patron of Starbucks across the country, having a welcoming haven is much appreciated and needed. One early morning in May, with myself and one elderly gentleman in the store as partrons, the young latino gentleman shop manager elected to crank up the volume on the radio as I approached the register to place my order. The noise was so loud, the barista and I literally had to shout at each other to be heard. I requeated that the noise decible be lowered, to which the manager responded that "we maintain a cafe environment for the patrons so that people at one table can only hear their conversation." When I pointed out the fact that only one other customer besides me were in the shop at the time, he refused to lower the volume. Please remove this nonsense club manager from this store. Read moreI ordered a Grande Pink Drink light ice in the drive thru, there were only three cars in front of me and it took around fifteen minutes for me to finally get to the window. When I got there an employee scanned my Starbucks App and handed me a venti Pink Drink, I mentioned that I had ordered a grande size. She did a return that took her five minutes and asked to give back the Venti Pink Drink and said she was going to make my Grande Pink Drink. The drink she gave me was full of ice. Her customer service was horrible. No apology whatsoever until I mentioned the time I had been waiting just for just one drink.
