DISCRIMINATION against minorities .i've been coming to this restaurant since it's opened and spend $20 plus more for one person, myself. I phone in my order every single time and pick up the order, even tip. I've found hair in my food on 5 occassions and have never asked for a refund just ask the food to be re made. The service is extremely poor. The staff is always unaware of pricing of food. I order the same thing each time and the pricing is always different depending on the staff working. After my recent visits I've noticed the same employee charging me more than the other associates on the other days I order. After I'm told a total the manager comes over to verify and adjusts the total to be higher amount. This has happened on multiple ocassions and I still give the benefit of the doubt. When I asked the staff for clarification the responses are unclear and biased. I've been a local and business owner in the inland empire for 15 years and also a minority and I know for a fact by the comments being made by the restaurant staff they are absolutely in the wrong and have a biased. Hopped in the car anyway and decided to drive down to see of I could order their. Got there there was one person waiting in line in front of me. When I got to the front I placed my order and asked if they still took phone orders. He said yeah but he was too busy to take phone orders. How does that make any sense at all. Your going to be more busy because you will have to take orders in person or you will just lose business. Why not have someone there to take phone orders especially right now during a pandemic. Read morehorrible customer service. i placed a phone order. the first thing i asked for was chow mein. went to my car and noticed that there was no chow mein. went back in and told them and they said they never put it on the order. i said it was the first thing i ordered. "the guy said well i read back the order and you were fine with it" like it was my fault... which was not true btw. he never read back my order. i went to pay for the chow mein and tossed my card because there is a barrier to get it to the guy, and some other guy from the back starts raising his voice saying not to throw stuff. i simply tossed my card. he got aggressive and said he would not take my order. ill admit the food is good, but due to the lack of customer service, ill make sure none of my friends in this area never go to this...
