horrible horrible experience. when i tell you i promise ive never had to write a review until now.the lady that made my order was so rude, i accidentally forgot to put toasted on my sandwich when i ordered online, but i was in store the whole time so i just kindly asked if they could toast it but she said they charged for it and straight up ended up putting the topping and ignored me like i didn’t mind paying for the extra money for it to be toasted. but also when i tried making a new order and put toasted the app didn’t charge me extra. maybe she was for real that they charge for it being toasted which i think is absurd, but it doesn’t charge on the app. but in all honesty yes it was my mistake for not pressing toasted but she could’ve just toasted my sandwich it’s not like i’m taking extra toppings or anything. my sandwhich wasn’t the best just cause it wasn’t toasted:(. the lady didn’t have to be very rude about it because mind you it was in the morning and not even busy. i didn’t like her whatsoever and very lazy, I will avoid coming here...

Ordered a 699 meal on the app sandwich was made nowhere near what I had asked for extremely skimpy on all the ingredients was mostly bread. The older lady was making my sandwich when I walked in and I could see her clearly reading my receipt while making the sandwich. When you asked for more lettuce that means more lettuce not less lettuce when you asked for more onions that means more onions not less onions when you asked for more tomatoes that means more tomatoes not less tomatoes. These are ingredients that are offered for free in any abundance. Please retrain your sandwich artists play...

Don’t order from here using the app. They are VERY skimpy with veggies, even when you request extra! I think they do it since it’s being picked up because they know you can’t ask for more. This happens almost every time I order for delivery or pick up. Not worth my time or money! Almost $10+ for a foot long and I can’t even get enough stuff on it to make it worth it.
