I’m actually quite shocked that this location was able to pay for so many positive reviews because I can guarantee that every single encounter at this location has been a 0/10. The ice cream is ALWAYS melted when handed to me and they act as if it’s ok? I’m confused isn’t the blizzard supposed to be flipped in front of you before getting it handed to you? If this location did that the ice cream would be in my lap. They hand it to you dripping down the sides and have an attitude when you ask for a lid and then they just smash it on as it’s melting all over my car and hands. On several occasions I have received a banana split without bananas. And I sincerely wish I was kidding but sadly it’s happened 3 times! THREE! Furthermore the “manager” Marie is the most unprofessional, unhelpful, rude, disrespectful “manager” I’ve ever had the displeasure of experiencing. She doesn’t care about your concern and has an attitude as soon as she opens her mouth. I’m just stunned that this location has enough family members to write these reviews because on the numerous occasions I’ve been here they mess up each order, have already melted ice cream, have attitudes, get something wrong EVERY TIME, have no sense of urgency or care and again Marie is just a joke of a “manager”. I typically don’t even write reviews because everyone has a bad day every now and then but come on getting ice cream is supposed to be a fun and pleasant experience but somehow they always manage to mess it up. I have learned my lesson way too late to never come back here and I sincerely hope each employee gets better training or just to shut down this location. I went to get a treat for myself and my son and decided to go through the drive thru because the line was very short. Well after waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru with only two cars ahead of me I was wondering what was wrong. Did the two cars ahead of me have big orders or did something break down inside? Nope. Just the laziest, low rent, mouth breathers possible hired to work here. Not only were they all teenagers who clearly don’t care about their job but they weren’t even competent at serving ice cream. After I got my order I realized they didn’t give me a straw or napkins. So I parked and went inside. Well not only was the place filthy with sticky counters and trash on the floor but they looked at me like I had 8 heads when I asked for napkins and a spoon to eat my peanut buster parfait. What a joke. Avoid this place and either go to a real DQ like the original in Riverside across from the Brockton Arcade or to Handels In Rancho Cucamonga for good service and a clean place that doesn’t take a ridiculously long time to serve up ice cream. Read moreOn November 10th at approximately 1:15, I came through the drive-thru and placed an order. By the time I got home I realized they didn't give my husband's ATM card back so I turned around. They told me that they wouldn't return the card without proper ID. (They certainly didn't check my ID when I initially paid for my order). When I explained the situation, I was told not to argue and that my husband had to come pick up the card. We both met with the manager Betty who was very uncooperative (classic millennial). Betty disappeared with my husband's picture ID in the back for five minutes which made us very nervous. His ATM card was already under their control for 30 minutes and now they also had his ID! Betty did a cash refund instead of reversing the charge on the card (weird). Betty refused to give her last name and was reluctant to give the owner's name. Now we feel we should keep a watchful eye on our card transactions to make sure that there are no unauthorized purchases on my husband's ATM card.
