There is an employee there I would love to tell you her name but she refused to give it to me and took her name tag off I was in the Drive-Thru this is not the first time I've had a problem with this particular employee I have come there when other people have been there and no problems I've been going there for years well since it opened I try to give her my order she says I don't understand what you're saying she's very rude I try to tell her what I want on the combo the last time I asked her what the different flavors of the flurries were and she told me there was too many to name besides just the general rudeness this time got into a heated discussion with her about my ordering of the combos I wanted I asked her a simple question about the $7 combo that you could add the $2 and get the flurry with it twice I don't understand I don't know what you're saying and then she asks what I want to drink I said diet Coke and she goes what do you want to drink just like that and I said diet Coke and I started to say that I wanted the ice cream with hot fudge on it so then she says what you want to drink and I spelled it for her then she spelled back other things to me which is whatever so after trying to order the combos I asked her would it be better if I came to the window so I went to the window and she told me that if I was rude to people I can expect the people to be rude to me so at this point she just closed the window on me and so yes I did flip her off so then she opens the window and tell me that I'm not a Christian and I don't believe in God and I told her God has nothing to do with people being rude as to her name and she said no I don't have to give you that so I went around and parked went inside to see if there was a notice anywhere where you should call for either comments or complaints so then she started in again so I took a picture and then she started yelling at me that it's illegal to take a picture in there it's a private place and I asked her for the corporate name and she said no she don't have to give that to me and I told her that I can get the corporate number another way and flipped her off yes I was wrong but I was extremely frustrated this is not my first time having problems with this one person the other people are...
Read moreHorrible customer service wish i could give it negative stars . came tonight like I usually do after a long day to get a blizzard . When i got home i noticed one of my blizzards was wrong and I really just wanted it to be right so I drove back waited in almost a 20 minutes in line so they could fix it and the boy ( not man becuase a man doesn't yell at women ) tells me he's only going to give me half becuase I had "eaten half" I didn't the blizzard had already melted by the time I returned it at the window but I didn't argue becuase I just wanted the right blizzard. He came up to the window with such an attitude after "remaking" it (I'm pretty sure he just blended more vanilla ice cream into the old blizzard) and my husband tasted it before we left the window and it was still wrong and this time it was worse becuase they didnt even make it right and it barley had any toppings mabey becuase it was the old one idk.but if m gonna spend almost 6 dollars on ice cream I want it to be not only right but worth it . So again we told him it was wrong and he put his hand in the cup and told us that he made it right but there was he literally only found 1 piece of a topping when he put his hand in the cup !!!! And the other topping was still missing and now he had ruined it by putting his hand in there. My husband demanded he make another one after yelling at us and ruining our blizzard . He made it agian and put it in a mini blizzard cup . Not even what I paid for and I didn't even eat it becuase he was so mad I don't know what he could've done to it so I just threw it away. Read moreThis seems to be a brand new business. I was happy to see a drive-thru DQ. Not a long wait but when I did put my order in, it took them a very long time to process my card and I was starting to get nervous. Once my card was given back to me they flipped my blizzard and it started leaking from the lid they put on it. I took it they did not give me any napkins. As I was about ready to leave they told me that they had accidentally charged the car behind me and now needed to give me credit on my card. That was very upsetting. I could tell that the girl at the window was new and she was probably being trained but I ended up getting the raw end of the deal. when they gave me the ice cream I noticed they have put a lid on the small Blizzard and it was squished down so much that you could not possibly open the lid they put the spoon inside the cup through the lid and so I couldn't take the lid off and my car without making a mess and I couldn't take the spoon off either.I was going to go through the drive-thru and give it back but instead I had to figure out a way to tear off some of the lid and ended up spooning it out little by little. I was a bit disappointed to say the least. I have a dairy allergy and this was going to be a treat that I should not have picked up and then to top it off have all this happen. Encouragement not to come in and save myself from the hassle. I asked for a turtle pecan blizzard and all it had was pecans but normally they put in some sort of chocolate syrup that hardens and it didn't have it....
