Taco Bell — Restaurant in San Bernardino

I don't eat out much at this particular time. My uncle 86 years old. When is some Taco Bell and I remember that Taco Bell at 1 time. Shells, chaos was so delicious on the taco. Fresh food at this particular Taco Bell. The food was terrible. The taco shells was shredded when we got home. It was not warm at all. But the lady at the window was very nice. But when we got home, the food taco shelters torn up. The food felt like they would've been sitting there for somebody who ordered it before us and been sitting half this day and they decided to give it to us how dare them? At this time I spoke to a manager and she was rude. She said I'm not giving you back your money. I said I don't want my money bag. Only thing that was good. There was a little drink that I got. Can we just get a drink? And you take this food back $30 worth of food? And she told me, no I hung up the phone I called back and I said, let me speak to your manager, well, this is when I found out she was a manager, but another manager. Got on the phone and told me bring that food back the sweetest lady and I said, well, I don't want the money back. May I just have a cold drink? She said, no. I'm going to give you your money back so very nice and she took the food. She could see clearly we didn't eat, it was awful. But I appreciate the manager who was so respectful to my uncle myself. 68 and 86 years old. This is our ages and thank you for treating us with kindness and a respect and be in professional. There should be a class for rude taco, bell managers or employers. Because they make Taco Bell look bad. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION!!! If I could give no stars I would!!!! The staff working here are completely rude! They got our orders wrong three times, we had to drive back and forth those three times. I don't understand why they had such a difficult time getting it right?! Each time we went back, the woman at the drive through window (white/blonde/chubby), (nothing wrong about that), never apologized and was so very rude! She gave us an attitude, as if we were in the wrong. We were moving into our new house and needed to get some fast food. We spent $200 plus of food for our family. It was such a inconvenience and caused us more stress! The kids were hungry, we all were hungry and had a lot to move into our new home. The staff from this establishment has no remorse or professional customer service whatsoever! She performed poorly, along with the other employees who knew our dilemma. Disappointing, I'm contacting corporate!

Please hire better staff... Or have them take a corse on having better ethics and customer service!

I made a online order and when I arrive at the location I see two employees seating at the dining room each in there own table so I assumed they were on brake understandable ok but as I get to the register no one was upfront and I waited at least for 2 minutes to get helped when I can clearly see one of the employees seating down in the office so if I able to see her I don't understand how she didn't see me at the register so another employee walked toward the drive thru windows that's when she acknowledged I was there and asked one of her co workers to help me and told her I had a online order and when she handed it to me no bag first of all and it was a craving box and I'm on foot so as a worker I expect it to be professional and have what I asked for in my order so decided not to ask for sauce when I get home no sauce no fork and no napkins very unprofessional I've ordered many times in other taco bells and always get my order right but here even the food was messy but I had already purchased it so had to eat it very...
