Dickey's Barbecue Pit — Restaurant in San Bernardino

Unfortunately, on New Year’s Eve, I decided to stay in and order delivery online. There was a “Buy one get one free” offer that I chose and added to cart. The sandwich itself was $13.99, with coleslaw topper, and an extra sauce added, it came to $15.99, with a service fee, and a modest tip, it came to $25 something! The overall price was alarming to me, but in my head was actually somewhat decent since I was getting an extra sandwich ( I THOUGHT !!! ) Uber Eats delivers my food in a tiny little bag, I open it to find ONE SANDWICH, NOT TWO, with no sauce, no coleslaw as I ordered, but instead a tiny container of dill pickle slices and a tiny container of sauce! OK, so I give the restaurant a call. The original person that answered the phone listened to my complaint, then offered to make another if I’d like to pick it up, or save it for another day I might want it. I asked to instead please may I have a refund since even the ONE sandwich I received wasn’t even what I ordered. After handing me over to a young man, he decided I wasn’t deserving of a refund, nor a sandwich that was missing in my order, then claiming I ordered it wrong. After asking to speak to his manager he puts me on hold, comes back saying he called “the owner Mike” who in fact told him there was nothing they could do. The kid was very rude. THANK YOU “DICKIES” (appropriate name) for screwing up my New Years Eve, and hoping this isn’t indicative of how the rest of my year goes. I refuse to let this set the tone, but I will be speaking to “the owner, Mike” myself. $25 for ONE TERRIBLE SANDWICH, and the worst customer service I have ever...

Did an online order got 2 reg combo meals delivered 50 bucks one was 6 piece boneless hot wings fries n drink next was western sandwich fries drink took over an hr to get to me that didnt bother me I figured it was being made fresh and was gonna like it was advertised but I was terribly wrong this was worst bbq ive ever had idk what kind of boneless hot wings these were but I would of been better off going to jack in box soggy not even the size of a chicken nugget they advertise had cut fries these fries came out of a frozen bag and arrived soggy the doordash driver waited 15 mins after he arrived to pick up my order the western sandwich was not as advertised but it was better than the hot wings for sure the bread was soggy and hard on the ends the meat was good maybe if I ate there it might of been different but I should of got the same quality delivered as if I did eat at the restaurant you can tell there was effort to keep it fresh or anything this is...

We placed an order at 4:50pm for a 5:15pm pick-up. This is Dickeys near Cal State San Bernardino. I'm there at 5:25pm, wait 5 min in line, and when at the window, told another 15 to 20 minutes. Told them just to cancel and the girl behind the register said they can't. I told them again to cancel. The manager then spoke up and said internet orders can't be cancelled and I would have to wait. Hmmm... I told him, I paid you to have a meal ready for pick up at 5:15pm. The internet order confirned my order ready for pick up at 5:15pm. Nothing about a delay. He explained he is 30 to 45 mins behind. I told him to once again cancel it. He said he'll have it ready in 5m. It's now 5:35pm. I wait and 5 mins go by. Then 10 mins, and finally 13 mins my food is ready. It's now 5:49 pm. I'm handed my food with out an apology...
