Came here to try this restaurant with my cousin. Arrived at the establishment at 10pm. Upon walking in we were not greeted with an appropriate welcoming; instead we were greeted with there is no dine in and only take out. There was a couple dining in when we arrived; the sign on the door and online stated they closed at 2am. We decided we would do takeout due to that being our only option for food. We had traveled 30 minutes due to the ravishing Google reviews. Once we received are order which came out extremely quick; decided to eat in the car since dining in wasn’t an option for us.
I ordered three pollo tacos and a side of rice. The rice was so salty it was inedible. The tacos were also extremely salty and lacked any seasoning besides salt. We proceeded to go back into the restaurant to ask for water. We were told that there was no water cups available. We expressed that the food was very salty and we needed water and was willing to purchase water. The cashier/ waitress (Alexis) informed us that there was no cups for water and they didn’t have water for purchase. She also stated that the reason the food was salty was because they prepared it with lard. She also proceeded to state that we could go to CVS to get water. Which was frankly rude and dismissive.
The atmosphere for the restaurant was nice. It was very unfortunate that we couldn’t dine in and the service was not up to par. If the hours vary it should be placed online and on the establishment door for hours...

Read moreThe place is kept up well, there's enough seating inside and some outside. Biggest downfall this place may have is the amount of time it takes to get your order out. I ordered 1 taco and 1 sope, I came on my lunch break and I spent 25 mins waiting for my food. I would understand this time frame for maybe a more complex and a bigger order but not for 2 ala carte items. It was literally just one other person who ordered before me aswell so it wasn't like a big rush. The taco was good the sope was al pastor and it was very greasy so it didnt even have sour cream. This place has potential but the again the turn around time in the kitchen might be their downfall. Also when I cam back to work and told my coworkers they all expressed they also waited a ridiculous amount of time for their orders when they went there too so I know it wasn't just a personal experience. Definitely lost out on a few potential lunch customers. Maybe I'll give this a place another change when I have more time...
