Not only is the customer service rude, and unprofessional they are also completely unhelpful when confronted with an issue. Me and my bf stoped by on 5/27 To grab two smoothies. While ordering the cashier stopped to have a conversation with the other girl while looking at their phone and texting. We dismissed it as a poorly trained staff. Upon taking the drink to go we had to return within the hour as one drink had 7 shards of plastic, not including what I may have ingested prior to me almost breaking a tooth on one. when we returned to bring back the smoothie with chunks still at the bottom of the cup and 3 pieces in hand they offered no help, no knowledge by and or simply no apology which based on the previous interaction was to no surprise. All we were told was to come back Monday if we wished to speak to someone in management. We then took matters into our own hands and called corporate who had yet to give us a call. I went to this store yesterday which I admit I have not been to in a couple of months but do typically visit often. Now there were new girls I haven't seen before. There was a tip jar that read:  We have mouths to feed and student loans to pay. I purchased a large Evergreen shake and a large Acai bowl. (My typical order) I used my card to pay and instead of being able to print out the tip, of my choice. The register asked for 10% 15% 20%. My bill was $16.99 plus 10% this came to $18 and change. The Evergreen Shake was a different color and appeared to be missing the Kale. My berry Acai bowl had only a few slices of banana and fewer slices of strawberries. I did not get any blueberries at all... This was my dinner for the night. For spending almost $20 dollors, I could have gone to Olive Garden for a complete meal. This place has juices/smoothies that are always inconsistent in texture and sometimes they make it watery and just give it away!! that is not how a business should be. Not only that they are always understaffed and the boss seems to never care. All I can say is it needs better management and they never answer the phone.
