Its May 20th 2017 My little brother and I decided to Order pizza, Placed Online, the time is 8:49 PM
8:52 PM, I receive a call from the store to confirm my order, and double check my info, everything seems right and correct.
9:17 PM, I receive a text from their system, that basically linked back to the web to track my order, at this time, it said it was being made
9:32 PM, I receive another system text, it said my order was out for delivery
So my brother and I go to my window to sit down and wait on the look out. We are both excited here) and can't wait for food.
About 20-30 mins later, we grow weary....
About 1 hour later at
10:28 PM..... My little brother starts to tell me he's getting hungry... He's also getting sleepy and can't wait around on alert anymore.
10:28 PM, I call the store, let them know what's up with my order, they said it was one of the last 3 orders that had to put out, (they said they sent out a driver 2 minutes ago, and that our pizza should arrive still warm) (mind you, this store is only 5 minutes away from apartment)
10:53 PM, still no delivery, I call the store a second time, they put me on hold for a few seconds, I address the issue again, I get through with the driver apparently, he said he just arrived outside our gate
11:01 PM, I call the store a third time, ask to speak with a manager, I tell her I want a refund, because they're 2 hours late, she said she wouldn't be able to, it's not her fault, that they had people not show up for their shift, she then became quite, didn't even sorry, then she hangs up on me
I almost cried, because my little brother was with me, this was his first time he would be staying over at my place for the night while my parents were away at a wedding party, so as his older brother I felt like I wasn't doing the best...
Read moreAfter a couple years not coming to this store because of their propensity to screw up nearly every order we ordered, whether it's incorrect pizza(s), missing items (Ordered 8 wings and get 6), we decided to come back.
First time was ACTUALLY correct. We were shocked. Second time, not so much. Crust type, WRONG, pizza toppings, WRONG, drizzle, Nope, couldn't get this right either. Call and complain, and they send back another pizza which was STILL WRONG!
Next time, the order was correct, it just took an hour and 20 minutes or so to receive. Last night, the driver arrived an hour and 45 minutes after I ordered ONLINE. This was AFTER someone from the store called me to verify, and stated it would be here in 45 (Despite the timer on the webpage stating there was only a 30 minute wait)
When the driver did eventually arrive, the pizza was cold and it was missing the order of wings. I called the store and spoke to the manager as the driver was still here. The manager stated to send the 'food' back with the driver, which we did, and she will void the charge off my card.
Checked this morning, the charge was still there. So went into the store and the 'manager' stated that the STORE MANAGER in fact did not void my charge last night. Meaning, had I not followed up, they would have ripped me off for $34.09.
After waiting around for about 20 minutes while this guy tried contacting his manager, I was eventually issued a...
Read moreBy looking at this Hawaiian you would think I paid at least $15 bucks at little ceasers or Prontos, but no this is from Pizza Hut. I paid $30 bucks for this. Which if it was better quality than what you get at the other places would be totally worth it and I would have no problem paying for it, but is not. I could have walked down to pronto a block away and paid the $30 for both the pepperoni and the Hawaiian. And the quality would had been maybe better. First the $30 Hawaiian pizza doesn't have enough cheese, the ham is lousy and the jalapeños which were charged extra are as rare as a steak. The $20 pepperoni pizza is the same, lacks cheese and in parts is missing pepperoni. Why do I insist in buying over priced pizza when I could pay half at the other prices????? Because I remember when the Hut was actually good and worth every penny. Pizza Hut the era of expensive pizza is over you gotta up your quality or else will definitely go out of business. The $13 wings were decent and I don't mind paying for those they were worth it. But when I can pay half for a pizza as good as yours elsewhere...why would I come back here???? Am sorry but my $90 total was outrageous and just plain sad because the pizzas were lacking. Please deliver on your prices or close your business. You come from a time when you were one of a few options but now, we can find better pizza without the...
