I'd put 1 star but the woman that did help me had actually tried. Eric seemed cool on the phone but once I went in I was ignored for a good while! I know they heard me come in because the door slammed really hard behind me. Once a worker finally came over, she asked me when the wedding was. Eric scoffed and said something along the lines of "ha, next week!" I don't understand how thats okay to say to a customer that just walked in. Rude, I would never go back. They didn't have many options either. To the business, please keep in mind that when a person comes in your shop, you're officially part of their special day, try to make it a good experience for them. Also, I knew it was Eric because the female worker said his name when she asked him to do something; to which he replied with whining. Very disappointed! My daughter’s big party in one week and Marla didn’t have the dress. We went in October 2023 plenty of time and she said she would have it done Event is end of April . I called every month and weekly to ask how dress was going . She gave me excuses. Finally the week of event , she said she didn’t have the dress! This ruined my moment with my daughter. No excuse to not have the dress the week of the big party! Especially telling me monthly she’s almost done with it and never even had the dress. This was a horrible experience! We got our money back and thankfully we found another dress. My daughter feels better and is now excited for her Sweet 16 this weekend. I don't recommend you going to this place. Think twice before...

I have been ordering formal gowns for my daughter on Amazon since her first formal in 5th grade. I have never had a problem until her Sweet 16 dress arrived, 1 week before her party and it was not the dress we'd ordered. I had 1 week to find a replacement. We recently moved here so I went to Google to find a dress shop. This place did not come up in my search. I was actually at another place nearby and saw this one up the street. We went in with no appt and the woman was so helpful. She offered to rush order anything we needed and even looked for our original dress in her catalogs. We did not end up buying anything, but the kindness we were shown was worth 5 stars and we will look here...
