Terrible customer service they handle the food with their bare hands I sat there and watched three cooks use their bare hands one guy was flipping some kind of meat on the grill using his hands to turn over the meat with no plastic gloves on his hands the guy who made my tacos wore no gloves he grabbed hands full of cilantro and onions and placed them on my tacos he folded them and wrapped them in foil he had no plastic gloves on then I watched a lady restock the fresh sliced limes using her bare hands to put limes in the container just nasty another time I watched a woman wiping sweat from her for head using her for arm while folding several burritos all I could think was I hope theses people wash their hands on the day I seen the lady wiping sweat from her head I happened to get the worst stomach ache I ever had my stomach hurts for a week I had diareah that lasted several days I use to go here at least twice a week but the last straw for me was when they screwed up my order sold me a very nasty tasting chicken burrito I tried but couldn't eat the thing it tasted horrible I brought it back to them they said I ate half of it I told them yes I did and I wanted to eat the whole thing for one it was mine for two the idea is to eat what u pay for and I would have eaten the whole thing but I couldn't it was just too nasty tasting and had a funny sour odor coming from the chicken and when I tried return it they told me to come back later when a manager was present I came back a couple hrs later the place is 3 miles from where I live I'm new to this area this was on my time and gas I went back they offered me 3 small tacos for my inconvenience I was very upset with this place I don't eat tacos like that I fed them to my dog and I won't be spending another dime in that place they don't value their customers and they have poor kitchen hygiene if I could give them 0 stars I would 👎👎be careful what u eat from there and keep a close...

I'm sorry, but the worst experience I've had at this establishment. I've been here many times. But today was just bad! 1st of all ,it is taking way too long now in the drive-thru. I was in line for at least 25 minutes. From the point you get in line to when you pay for your order, 2nd , I came here for 2 orders of the Taquito with Guacamole combos for my wife and me . Well! When I got to the speaker , the lady said, " We are out of taquitos today." At this point, I'm stuck in the line. I can't even get out. So, I had to order something else. I ordered one Carne asada burrito and one cheese Enchilada plate. When I got home , the Enchiladas had chicken , which I didn't order, nor wanted! The rice looked like it had been days old , hard, and very dry. My wife's Burrito also had the same rice in It . She definitely didn't enjoy her meal. I decided to go back , and I tried calling and NO Answer . I tried calling several times , nothing ! So I drove back there and again , got in line in the Drive-tru again, took way too long. I was expecting to have a quiet dinner with my wife before I headed to work. But this whole experience ruined that moment. I don't understand why the last couple of times it's taking so long to order and...

I went today and I waited by the Menu board with the intercom for a minute I said good afternoon and no reply so I drove to the window the cashier seem to been annoyed because I drove away from intercom but what can I think but it might not work she said I drove I heard her when I was close to window I said do you want me to go back she said no, I asked for a order of 3 potato taco plate with rice and beans and I said no cream on my tacos she said ok and when she gave me my change I said the 3 potato tacos no cream she said yes no cream and I asked for 1 asada taco I came home my 3 potato tacos were drenched in cream with no rice no beans and an extra asada taco I’m not sure if it was done on purpose to drench my tacos in cream but I lost my appetite and I drove from Del Rosa just to be disappointed with my order cream upsets my stomach they should be more focus or care a lil more on how people make...
