We ordered 10 tacos, 1 tiny tacos, 2 wedges, mini churros & onion rings. Our order was not read back but we got a quick total and proceeded to the window. We paid & were asked to pull out front to wait for our order. After sitting there at least 15 minutes, we had to get out of the car and wave to be sure we weren't forgotten. 5 mins later, our food is finally brought out. No apology or acknowledgment of our 20 min wait over a medium sized order. We realized we were missing a wedge. We waved again, then let the rep know at the door. 5 mins goes by before a worker comes out with our receipt to point out that we only paid for 1. Normally, this wouldn't have been horrible. But we are now 25 minutes deep in a DRIVE THRU experience. I started in fast food and now own a business. I would never make a customer wait on me for that long then instead of coming out with a wedge and a smile, come out to tell us we didn't pay for it. Had they taken the time to review our order or give us a minute to review it before pulling forward, we would've caught it. I might've even paid and waited the extra 5 minutes had there been ANY kind of concern about the slow and unfriendly service we were being provided. My husband ended up speeding off, understandably extremely upset. What a disgrace to the name and value of Jack N The Box. This location needs a lesson in customer service! Read moreThis has been an issue where more than a few times either my order is wrong or they charged me for something i didn't ask for and to top it off they never answer the phone.... ever.... I have made multiple attempts on multiple occasions but nobody ever picks up. Might as well not call tbh. And if this wasn't bad enough.... They also always forget to give me my card back right away. They'll take my card at the beginning of the transaction, hand me my food, ask me if there's any sauce that i want, give me the bag and close the window right away. They'll wait a while before they even open the window back up and when they do they just look at me all funny and say with an attitude " can i help you? WE MADE IT ALL THE WAY TO THE END OF THE TRANSACTION AND YOU TRIED TO SEND ME MY WAY WITHOUT EVEN GIVING ME MY CARD BACK. I EVEN LEFT IT A FEW TIMES AND HAD TO GO ALL THE WAY BACK TO GET IT CUZ THEY NEVER HANDED IT TO ME. Read moreI went to this location around 2:00 a.m. today after returning from a long trip decided I would get some food. I knew from the beginning that the transaction wasn't going to go smoothly by the attitude that the lady had that was helping. There was no welcome there was no sense of being welcome there it was like we were interrupting her. The food that we got was over 25 bucks or somewhere around there which I don't mind but we were unable to eat any of it because the breads were hard and old the chicken patties were dry and hard. Furthermore, the food were placed in the bags incorrectly so the edges of the boxes ripped the cheap non jack in the box bags. This is in no way to get anyone in trouble but customer service is huge. I probably would have held my complaints about the food if the customer service was better. It is offensive to get bad food and get your change practically tossed to you. Also, the same gloves she bagged food with, she also prepared food and took money. Service should be a lot better despite the location...
