The worst jacks ever. Call me a Karen I do not care. The employees here are so disrespectful. One in particular named “Anthony”. Very rude & entitled. My experiences here are always bad when he’s serving. I mainly went to this Jack’s because I have an autistic child. She is a picky eater, and her safe foods have always been chicken nuggets.( which I know she’s eat EVERY TIME) so per usual I ordered her a meal through the app. Went to receive my order & was met with the most distasteful employee. One when I realized my order was wrong I informed him. He started shouting at me. When I stopped him and told him I needed a manager because there’s no way he’s talking to a customer like that for no reason. The manager came out (Luz) she claimed for his tantrum that I had to receive was because he’s stressed. That’s absolutely no excuse what so ever. Go home if that’s the case. I left trying to let the situation be. I get home & see that I’m missing items. I called the store back. The same employee answered and I asked to speak again with the manager and he said there wasn’t one. I then had to drive all the way back. It’s raining outside. I go & got my refund. Read moreI usually like this one. They're usually pretty quick with their service. However in the early mornings I'm pretty sure the staff decides when their system turns off it's never the same exact time. I pulled in this morning at 3:55 I was told by them that their system goes off at 3:50(last time it was 4) and would be on at 4:30. Pulled up at 4:30 and they say that their system is down until 4:45 which leads me to believe that either they have the most unstable system out of all the other Jack in the boxes or they're just choosing which time they want to decide to take their orders at. The car that was in front of me had a mobile order and they were able to help him but apparently not drive-thru orders. I just finished reading the reviews for this particular restaurant it seems like the owner is apologizing to a lot of people. Instead of apologizing to all the dissatisfied customers how about doing a more thorough job screening your employees the way that you screen the complaint section of your page.
