Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in San Bernardino

My family arrived at this location at 6:50 pm. We ordered 4 chili cheese dogs, three chili cheese fries, polish sandwich, two root beer floats, and a Pepsi. We arrive at the window, we were NOT greeted at the window by “JOSE” after 7 minutes of waiting with no one else in line. Our total was $47… w then proceed to ask for a receipt JOSE rudely said we don’t have one. I then ask to speak with the manager, then which Eduardo” approaches he said you all had water damage and could not give the customer a receipt!!! Jose comes back to the window and proceeds to give our three bags of food, not a thank you or anything just shoves the bags into my hand! At that point I ask for corporates number in which he says NOPE DONT HAVE IT, I ask for the manager AGAIN. He then proceeds to get the manager and the manager states he doesn’t have it either. We are frequent of this fast food place as well as this location! We are very dissatisfied and disappointed in the service our family received tonight 12/20/2022 6:50 pm pst approx. Prices have gone through the roof maybe that's why it's a pointed " A frame" roof 🤔 . Lol. But the reason for 4 stars is the drive through took for ever. Not sure if they were understaffed or if the 3 people ahead of me were ordering half the menu 🤔 😉 . But as always the young lady in the drive thru window was very pleasant 👌 🙂 and spoke clearly and with a smile 😃 😊. Food was great yummy 😋 for the food and the kind service was a 5 star 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 experience. Just drive thru can only except 4 normal size cars before the 5th car is either hanging half way in the street or stoped in the street so it's a bit unsafe because it's on a main street "Waterman" at that point just park in small parking area or on street...
