For 2 years I've been coming to this McDonald's, also ordering online through THEIR app, (need to stress this as it's part of my point) and I never had an issue besides the food sometimes not being consistent until this morning. I'm not really one to post negative reviews, but I feel I have to speak on the horrible customer service I received today after this McDonald's messed up my order. I ordered from the breakfast menu for delivery and when I opened the bag I was missing 3 hashbrowns and the large Coke. I immediately called the store, told them the mistake they made and that it was cool, I just wanted to go pick up the 4 items I was missing with proof on the app. The man who answered didn't even apologize and responded with saying "it's UberEats fault, not ours, you need to sort it out with them to get a refund." What kind of response is that? Who blames the company that delivers the food and not the restaurant that prepared and packaged the food? What lack of accountability and professionalism! Never in my 9 years of working in the food industry did I think that was an appropriate response to a customer complaint. I was denied my items that I paid for and dismissed. Left a bad taste in my mouth and I will never go to this...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars, I would they messed up my orders and the employees were arguing with me and my husband about how its lunchtime an they wont fix my breakfast order they put numerous people on the phone when i called telling me to come back another day the girl on the phone even said Yes I am refusing to make your order and kept telling me over and over its lunchtime you should have ordered earlier not once taking any ownership or accountability for the fact that the order was made during breakfast and that the error was on their part never once saying they were sorry that we had to come back to try to have their error fixed just said i can give you lunch or you can come back another day during breakfast the customer service is the worst ive ever experienced the girl just saying ummmhmmm over an over and its lunchtime now is not a way to run a business as reputable as Mc Donalds the manager Martha and the person she put on the phone since she didnt want to deal with this should not be working with the public! I am lactose, so I always get my frappe without whip, but of course, the not too enthusiastic employee didn't care enough to listen. When I got to the window I reminded him, no whip please. After minutes he hands me the drink with whipp and as am telling him that I had requested no whip he kept pushing it and his face just screamed take it. He then sends me to wait forward and after about 3 minutes someone else shows up with my frappe. And of course one asks for large but doesn't always get a large portion.
I understand that some days you're just not feeling it and we've all been there, but if you didn't take the order correctly just simply accept it and move on. Have the decency of accepting that it was your mistake and fix it instead of making the customer the enemy.
And please please don't cheat...
