Yum Yum Donuts — Restaurant in San Bernardino

Very poor service. My toddler and I walked in. There were no other customers, now I see why it was empty. We waited inside for almost 10 minutes and the two people working there wouldn’t come to the counter to take our order.... not even a greeting or an acknowledgement was given. My toddler was growing very impatient. Once I said “hello”, a woman said that we needed to wait and someone would come to help us. They didn’t have many of the most common donuts (chocolate bar, maple bar, glazed bar, chocolate twister, chocolate donut). I asked what time did they close since the display didn’t have them. What 24hr donut shop doesn’t have the most common donuts? As we’re about to pay, I see a rack full of donuts. I asked if we could get some from there then. She said no. They’re not in the display yet. 😒 We will NEVER come back to this place EVER again. I’d rather drive 20 minutes to Redlands and...

Drove past 4 donut shops to try this place out after trying the other 4. 14 donut holes 2 donuts A strawberry milk 2 while red milks $13.

Price was good.

But there seemed to be a language barrier.i didn't bother me at all because I'm half mexican.my grandma doesn't speak English however.i was clear when I told her I wanted a maple bar and assumed she grabbed the right one as I prepared my next request which was the milks.i asked my daughter if she wanted milk.she said yes.we paid.but soon as we got home we realized she got the whole order right EXCEPT for my 11 yr old maple bar donut....she put a Chocolate twist donut instead.my 11 yr old is the reason we get donuts and she only likes maple donuts. So a bit disappointed.

I'd give it 3 stars for the mistake but my daughter says...

I had been craving some bagel sandwiches and saw that there was a shop near me that makes them. So I stopped by and had been coming here since.

First, I like the fact they have a variety of all flavors of begals! My favorite by far is their Jalepeno Begal.

Second, I also enjoy the fact that if I want a bagel sandwhich regardless of what time it is, that I can come here because they are opened 24 hours, is always great to me!

Lastly, if you enjoy a great and friendly environment while eating or even just waiting for your food, then this is definitely a place you would enjoy going to. Always friendly staff even in the wee...
