Mikes Burger Grill — Restaurant in San Bernardino

10/2/20 @ 11am, came here to order breakfast, my first complaint is the drive thru intercom, the voice over kept cutting in and out and the person was practically making me yell my order, everyone in the drive thru knew what i was ordering for sure. Faulty intercom, okay, whatever. I get to the window, i pay, i ask politely for salsa, im handed my order, no salsa, at this point i want to get out of there so i ask for salsa one more time, the lady walks over and hands my some salsa, with a look and demeanor of "im not getting paid to do this". I drive home and open my orders, they gave me a completely different menu item, even after i had asked them to reread me the order. Its my fault for trusting the server to be serving me the correct items, that i had confirmed prior to receiving it. Also the lack of necessary condiments for my meal like no butter or syrup for my French toast, when you should not need to ask for these things. Will not...

I go here once a week... I either get a cheeseburger, bacon and eggs breakfast with fries instead of hashed browns, or the carne asada quesadilla (it's big!). The food is always great, the portions are always bigger than my appetite, and the staff are always friendly, with the occasional exception. If you catch the owner or their family, they'll take good care of you if you're not completely satisfied with the food or service. Prices are good for the quantity of food, and it's fresh. I'm the king of custom orders (I hate onions, American cheese, and other randomness) and it's never a problem. One of the few places around San Bernardino that makes me come back again and again.

Have never had a problem until today with their new employees/ management. Ordered my food, got to the window they said my order wrong so I corrected them and then said they understood. There's a pretty good price difference in what I ordered and what they had gave me. So I called and instead of offering me a CORRECT order they said I can give the food back so it can be "re-made". That would have been a huge inconvenience to me since I don't live on that side of town considering I double checked MY order at the window since it was said wrong. I would think if any establishment wronged any customer's order they would offer the correct order with the wrong one being complimentary hahaha but nope! I'm good on wasting my time and money on this place...
