Very disappointed with this place I have always come here since I moved to San Bernardino. But today I went in around 9am and I WILL not be coming back.. nor my Family. There was a lady that helped us, she was rude like she was already having a bad day, a customer before me complaint to her about a drink she made. THEN SHE GOES NEXT I WAS NEXT, she already had an attitude. I told her I wanted 2 breakfast bagels and I told her like 4 times she finally got it, then told her i wanted half a dozen of donuts. Then she kept telling me which one I kept telling her over and over I repeated myself to her like 5 times. I was already getting upset because she wasn't listening. Its not hard. But she kept talking to the lady that was doing the bagel sandwiches and trying to help her too but she kept telling me what I wanted then she slams my box on the counter without finishing. Then finally gets back to me and says what else. I was calm and collective but I like i stated I was getting upset how she was rude and ignoring me. Finally we are done takes a while to charge me but another person rings me up she goes back to the cashier and ask me what I ordered and what kind of sandwiches and then she is persistent that she gave me a receipt of the bagel I told her she did not give me or handed me a bagel receipt. She told me if yp7 don't have your receipt you will not get your bagel. But as a told her" you didn't give me a receipt " then she goes oh it's here again she basically almost throws the receipt at us... finally my order # gets called and then the issue with the receipt was upsetting because the lady didn't even take my receipt. You as a company need to have a communication with the staff on how to address customers. And rudeness will not bring you more customers. Read moreI had been here before multiple times no issues,but today I was not pleased with the way I was treated. I called the day before to place an order for 20 burritos and 1 to go chocolate, I gave them a 12 hour notice. I was never advised to pay anything before hand. I get back to my office the following morning and I was advised they call back asking for half the money before they could begin my order,again I was never told when I place the order. I place the order because I had a meeting with my employees at 7AM ,I asked for the order to be done by 645. I had to go at 620ish to pay for, I called ahead of time and told them to begin the order I was on my way to pay . When I arrived I was received with not so customer friendly faces and not once did anybody apologize for the misunderstanding, I was expecting at least a "I'm sorry" ,nope not even one ,I did however basically got blame because the guy who took my order did not asked for payment and since I am paying customer should know. I am in the customer service you are not supposed to be treated the way I was today, this was really unprofessional. Read more*update I was running late and dreaded going to this God awful place. The last time I was there the service and food was awful. The women seemed angry and annoyed that I didn’t speak Spanish. Anyway went in today and Andrea Aka morning donut angel 😇 on the morning shift 4a was such a ray of sunshine! I was SO grateful and relieved. She really knows what she’s doing! I hope she’s in management because she has such a kind spirit and as soon as she walked in things were moving! Every time I come here it takes forever. Even when I call a head of time. Also it’s frustrating when the employees don’t always speak English or give preferential treatment to people who speak Spanish. I feel uncomfortable and unwelcome here.Too expensive for this service in a horrible area. I used to love this place years ago when I worked out here. The girls were so friendly and kind. What happened? Edit:Got home and realized my two croissant sandwiches were inedible! Hard croissant (2-3 days) old and the avocado was so hard I couldn’t bite into it.
