We came into the DXL San Bernardino location because I needed some items for a Las Vegas trip. Immediately without hesitation Gabriel introduced himself and offered his assistance. Gabriel didn’t waste any time, he was able to get me started with several items to try on to get me narrowed down to what needed. I loved many of his suggestions, unfortunately one of the shirts I liked they didn’t have my size, Gabriel was able to get it 2-day shipped to my house in time for my trip. Gabriel is an extreme asset to this store and an absolute pleasure to transact with. I spent $265, I don’t think I have ever spent that much at one time. Gabriel’s customer service is bar-none, and the reason I will be coming back very soon!

I usually go to the DXL Rancho Cucamonga location because it’s a bigger store. Unfortunate my last visit to the Rancho store, I left feeling like the male manager didn’t really care if I purchased something or not.

I am so happy I tried the San Bernadino store and meet Gabriel, he literally provided an experience I haven’t ever had...

Fairly wide selection, no pun intended haha. People who work there are quite diligent in assisting you. I would have given 5 stars however, I ordered a shirt from a sale they had and was told it would be arrive a week later. I dont live down in city in San Bernardino so going there casually is not convenient. My mom went to pick up my shirt for me as she was down in the city and they told her it was sent back and the transaction credited back to my card. They couldve just given her the price i paid on a separate shirt instead of her having to buy 2 more shirts and full price. Scandelous... its a month later and the credit hasnt hit the account. I call and they tell me the shirt has just arrived. I tell them just to keep the shirt make sure my account is credited. I probably will shop there again but definitely will not...

They have casual clothes, sporty gear, suits, business casual attire, nice ties, graphic t-shirts, socks, handkerchiefs, accessories, and more for grown men. They have Large and XLT sizes and bigger. They carry SYNRGY brand, which has dapper button down shirts for men. Mary who works there is so pleasant, attentive, helpful and knowledgeable.
