Lotions & Lace Adult Superstore — Local services in San Bernardino

When my husband and I first came in, the staff were super nice and offering to help. I had picked up an item to show my husband, but when he decided he didn't want it, I walked back to where I got the package and put it back. There is a small chance I put it in a different location, as I wasn't really paying attention to the exact location i put it back, but I am very very sure I put it back where it's original area was, since I was looking at and going to buy another item on a shelf near it. When it was time for us to go, I asked one of the staff to clarify if the outfit I was going to buy was plus sized. She gave me a weird look and a pause, then said "yes it's plus size. Where did you put the item you were going to get?" I told her I thought I put it back in the original location, but she said in a accusatory tone "there is a missing spot there, so it's not there." I didn't really know what to say so I said "well we were also on a different location in the store, so we can look around there" and she said "no that's okay, I'll just go check the cameras." I'm not really sure what her motive was, but it sounded like she thought I stole the item and was being untruthful. My husband and I felt uncomfortable and no longer wanted to buy anything, so we put back what we were going to get and left. I would recommend that the staff watches how they say things to people, especially going to a store where it might already be kind of awkward asking questions in the first place. If she had a reason to believe I stole something, or was being dishonest with her, tell me to my face instead of being passive aggressively accusatory. I was trying to park near this store to shop at another store in this strip mall, when I was yelled at by an employee of Lotions & Lace. She threatened to have my car towed and pointed to the guy standing next to her. He was the tow truck driver who was very threatening. I'll never go back to this strip mall again. I am very disappointed in the service provided at this location....... I was screamed at in this store by the employees ( very ghetto loud employees..... and refused service at the counter. I am definitely reaching out to the Company Owners President and Vice Presidents as they would definitely need to know how their store is being upheld regarding their employees and management in store.
