Idk where to begin. A couple of weeks ago I went to Olive Garden in Rialto and unfortunately got food poisoning, to make it right the manager offered me a gift card and told me to give them another try. I was super hesitant but gave it another go at a different location and it was a BIG mistake.
Sitting was fast! My problem was with the waiter, long waits for food and the lies he was telling.
My friend and I were seated at 6 and food didn’t come out to 6:55/7, we ordered 2 entrees(nothing fancy).
After dinner we decided to order dessert. We wanted the chocolate lasagna but the waiter said it was frozen and needed to be put under the light to warm up. We agreed to wait. After about 15-20 mins he came out to inform us that they had no Chocolate lasagna and asked if we wanted something else. His 1st lie because what was the point of saying he did something when he clearly didn’t.
We ordered the donuts w/ chocolate sauce per his suggestion. HE NEVER PUT THE ORDER IN!!! My friend and I waited 45mins for some donuts. If I didn’t already pay, I woulda serious left. Lie 2
The manager offered no resolution. We weren’t the only ones with horrible service either. The table over was getting a giftcard for a sorry. Another table was complaining because the server wasn’t answering the call button on the table kiosk.
It was kids crying, a family had their toddler laid out on the floor. Olive Garden did absolutely NOTHING.
The Ravoli was okay, it honestly tastes just like the tortellini.
O & I asked for 2 orders of breadsticks and Alfredo sauce to go and the waiter brung...
Read moreI’ve been holding back on leaving a review in hopes that something would change for the better but it’s as if the food just keeps getting worse. My wife and I included with our children go to Olive Garden not just this one but different ones at least once a month and I’ve been trying different plates. It seems as if Olive Garden has lost its flavor. Last night everyone that had fettuccine Alfredo was extremely disappointed because there was hardly any sauce at all and to top it off the sauce had no flavor. The only thing that ever has flavor is the soups and a lot of the times would I order the chicken and gnocchi , i’ll be lucky if I get one or two dumplings in it. It’s hit and miss.. the staff and the service is always amazing. Our server last night was extremely helpful, friendly, and on top of things. But the food just does not hold up anymore. and it’s not just this location. I’ve been to the location in Rialto., a few of them in Orange County, I think we’re just done going there. Who knows we might give it another shot or maybe we’ll just go for the soup and salad because the soup still taste great. Oh and I almost forgot the breadsticks are always hit and miss. Sometimes they are extremely fresh soft and amazing and other times. It’s as if they’ve been sitting there for a while. You can always tell the difference. I’m leaving this review in hopes that it will help Olive Garden step it up a notch when it comes to the flavor in their pastas. I usually only leave good reviews because I’m not that type of person that likes to complain, but something...
Read moreWe went in late tonight and upon entering was greeted very politely and welcomed in. Our waitress was very nice to us, but im unsure if she was aware that we could hear what her and everyone else was saying in the back. I ordered a watermelon margarita and the first one was amazing so I decided to order another one. The second one was so strong it gave me chills like I had just done a shot. Ok, no big deal I'll just get a new one. Then the new one I received was so watered down I couldn't taste much at all, but still no big deal. I figured the bartender just watered it down in hopes it would satisfy me. I just politely asked for it to be removed from my bill. When my waitress went back to tell Ms. Adrianna I didn't like the drink again, apparently this upset her as i heard the waitress making comments about how Adrianna's face looked and laughing as if I was an inconvience to them. The staff decided to make it a bigger deal than it even was. While eating not only did I get to hear personal conversations from people in the kitchen but also a few cuss words were exchanged. They didn't seem to have any concern that customers may hear them. I never want to be one of those customers to complain as I work in the food industry myself, but if my staff conducted themselves in this manner it definitely wouldn't...
