We just left here and wasnt too busy compared to other nights we've been there. but the wait for a booth was a while so we just sat at the bar, food took forever but yet the couple who arrived 20 min AFTER we placed our order, got their food at the same time we did, which was about 45 min later. (They asked us to move down a seat so they could sit down which we agreed.) Turns out the 2nd bartender who was helping ours was besties with said couple who arrived after us. We got completely ignored and the couple next to us got their check and boxes before we even got a chance to ask because we were being ignored. And THEN the female from this couple started being rude to my fiancé because he mentioned something about the service being awful and she started getting disrespectful. I understand if people's friends want to visit them at work, but if we are paying customers who have spent money here on multiple occasions and also tip well. Why are we dealing with this?? I just lost my cousin this morning. We were arriving to bww for dinner after mourning with family and THIS is the unprofessional crap we have to deal with afterwards? Ridiculous. I also gave my card to my server immediately after getting our food finally; so they would have my card on file. (We've been here multiple times and to open a tab they previously scanned our card once, gave it back and then when ready to checkout we just had to sign our receipt and leave a tip). She held my card for 45 min plus and when i asked for the check and my card back they had trouble finding it, then for 2nd bartender to come back with it and say it was declined after almost 1 hr of having my card??? I have more than sufficient amount of money in my checking account there is absolutely no reason for it to decline but she said it declined twice. I really do not understand how. I was trying to be a step ahead so it would be easier to leave and still it is managed to have a crap experience here. Id rather drive 45 min away to go to bww at the hemet location than to go to bww which is 5 min from home at hospitality ln, just so i dont have to deal with the poor customer service. 2nd bartender really tried looking out for us but honestly having her friend visit during work hours distracted her from being able to provide good customer service. I had a wallet full of cash and was willing to tip just to be paid attention to during our meal so we could go home after a rough night. This was a really ghetto visit and we will not be returning. As someone who has previously been a server, this was unacceptable.    Read moreI went to Buffalo Wild Wings on Sunday the 31, 2025 with a party of 7, and this was by far one of the worst experiences Iâve ever had at a restaurant. We waited over 40 minutes to be seated, and when the host finally took us back, she tried to seat us at a booth that fits 4 people comfortably, maybe 6 tightly â but 7? Seriously? The host didnât even wait for us to sit to see if we fit, leaving 2 of us standing awkwardly with nowhere to sit.
The waitress who was supposed to help us wasnât professional at all. Instead of welcoming us or trying to resolve the seating issue, she started chatting with a skinny cleaning boy she brought over. He just stood there staring at us, giggling and laughing, instead of helping. When we looked at him, all he said was, âLet me get a seat for you.â The entire interaction felt disrespectful and humiliating, especially because it came across as them making fun of us due to our weight. That is NOT okay.
At that point, we decided to walk out because the service was so unprofessional and degrading. I called the location to speak with the manager, and the girl who answered told me he was âtoo busy.â I said I could wait, and she put me on hold, then hung up on me. I called back, and she sent me straight to voicemail. I had to use a different number just to get through again. When I finally spoke to the manager, instead of taking the situation seriously, he tried to justify the employeeâs behavior by saying it was âan accidentâ that I got hung up on. He took my information and said Iâd get a call back. Itâs been almost a week â no one has called me.
This location showed a complete lack of respect, professionalism, and customer service. For a well-known chain, I expected much better. Instead, my friends, family, and I left feeling embarrassed and disrespected. Buffalo Wild Wings should be ashamed of how this store treats...
   Read moreGot there at 8:50pm waiting for a table to be clear. Took 15 minutes no complaint, for that. Let me tell we were a big group so after an hours of waiting we understood that. A lot of people a lot of food to be made. We passed time by talking, our drinks were getting empty our server didnât come and check up on us but was doing it to all the other tables and getting them refills. We had to call the waiter for refills but she held her index finger up telling to us wait and went to another table and was dealing with them first when we called her as soon as she walked out the building. We got our drinks, but my friend who order beer. He didnât get his til 5 minutes later when she brought another table out there beers first. She was talking flirting and was helping all the tables but ours. We asked how long after an hour and a half wait on our food. She told us she donât know. Itâs 10 oâclock still waiting and seeing other people way after us get there food. We asked her again she said 10 minutes. She still wasnât checking up on us if we needed anything but all the other tables, having conversations. Itâs 11:30pm still didnât get our food. See employee putting tables and chair away. So we go inside. Lady doing take out was rude when we told we been here for 3 hours. Said to wait outside sheâll let us know how much longer. We didnât leave till we found out then. They come out telling us itâs coming out, she getting it ready. We go back to our seat waited 5 minutes till they brought it out, she was gonna have us figure out whoâs food is who, till she finally told us what box is what . We touch the food it was cold.
