GLO Mini Golf | Laser Tag | Escape Rooms | Bowling | Arcade | Gaming — Attraction in San Bernardino

Been to this location many times before since they opened and never had any issue until today. I have a four year old who loves playing one of the arcades game, it’s a superhero one that you shoot out quarters and you get points and superheroes collector cards. My son loves to play this game just to get the superhero cards. We spent all of our points playing that game just to get the cards for my son. Today, after getting two cards and winning some tickets, we were ready to leave and go to the prize counter to claim a prize with the tickets we won. The employee at the counter notices the two superhero cards in my son’s hand and tells me the parent, that we have to give those back as they put them back in the game machine but we can get tickets for them, then she proceeds to take them from my son’s hand. She took them from him like we were going to make a run for it. My son was left confused and upset as he’s four years old and didn’t know why this lady just took his cards that supposed to have been the prize from the arcade game. We’ve been to this location many times before and no one has ever told my son to turn in those cards. There’s no sign on the game machine that says that the cards must be turned in for tickets. Maybe it’s a new rule/policy and I respect that but the way the employee handled it was not appropriate, she shouldn’t have taken anything from my son’s hand the way she did. My son is on the spectrum and fixates on things, one thing being these cards. He doesn’t understand nor handle change well and needs a heads up/warning before something he likes is going to be removed or a routine is changed. The employee didn’t give me any chance to explain to my toddler that he had to turn in the cards or why, she told me, and then just took them from him like we were going to run away with them, leaving me with an upset, confused toddler. If she would have been more professional and just waited for me, the parent to explain to my toddler the situation, she would have gotten the cards back without my child’s meltdown and this...

Definitely wouldn't recommend coming here... they should have staff monitoring the mini golf. You pay to have a fun experience and people are rude and disrespectful. People and kids stepping in the area number your still trying to play. People don't know how to teach their kids to be patient and polite and wait their turn. I brought my kids and kept them in check and made sure they waited their turn. I didn't come to parent other people's kids. We all pay to have our own experience of this new cosmic mini golf place but then it gets ruined by single mom's who don't want to watch their kids and rather be on tinder and let their kids run a muck. Then get mad when I tell them to wait their turn or not bump into my 3 year old because they can't wait til we move out of the way first. Then they have one of their kids come cough on me on purpose because they are trash. Probably doesnt help they serve alcohol and this location is in san bernardino. Definitely won't be coming back. Hire staff to monitor mini golf or youre going to have the police coming to regulate issues your establishment should...

Had a very enjoyable and fun date night! We did the adventure package which let you choose Lazer tag or mini golf and a secondary activity like bowling, escape rooms and arcade (there is one more and I can't remember it 😂) we did mini gold and the wizard of wormbly escape room. They have your choice of three themed rooms with different levels of difficulty, the rooms are a little smaller but it was really fun to do, fun story and the puzzles were cool! The mini golf was enjoyable and designed to get the most of the floor usage. They have 29 holes that take you around the world. The art and set up are well done and each country features an eye-catching representation, from Big Ben (watch the hands) in London, The sphinx and the leaning Tower of Pisa to a moving viper (or some kind of snake, I'm not an expert 😆) snorting bull and erupting volcano. It's exciting to see what spectacle will be around the next corner! There are tons of fun activities for dates or family fun night! We will definitely be back...
