8/5/25 sadly the Location is no longer a appropriate destination for food. The management team seems to be very inexperienced and the property is understaffed, those who are there can no longer carry the burden of Irresponsible management. The wings , clam chowder and many others where completely empty for the entire 45 minutes I was there, along with the sticky floors with trash on the floors in the corners, the ranch and other dairy products where beginning to bubble, that’s a sign it’s spoiling, the entire salad station was not kept at a proper temperature for cold holding. I pulled out the containers and tested the low boy temperature myself felt like room temperature to the touch it’s broken and not being tended to and no one was there to supervise or ask me what I was doing . The cooks behind the line no longer talk to you or look at you or will help you, The dessert station consist of a malfunctioning icy machine and store-bought, frozen defrosted desserts. The only food people wanted they were out, and they would not replace any of the other food that has been sitting there for hours that people would not touch. All of the special drinks like the minute made were broken and empty, The bathrooms smelt like human urine, and had trash all over the floors. The entire experience was nowhere near worth the money that was spent or really any money at all. the only appropriate experience was our server and you could tell he will not be there for much longer he deserves better, he was the only person who seemed to know what he was doing and was the only person moving with any motivation at all. unfortunately I don’t have his name . Something happened to this location over the course of the last few years I personally think it’s lazy, cheap and cutting corners as a irresponsible manager , it has completely destroyed it. I highly suggest you consider a different...
Read moreOur waiter looked Hispanic, and had hoop earrings in both ears. It took him 20 minutes to get her first round of drinks and then another 20 minutes for our second round. Myself and my father-in-law and my wife and our landlord all watched our waiter as he quickly serviced other tables especially one that was really big with a family over five. As he came by at our table multiple times and picked up our dishes that we were done eating food off of him not once did he ask if we wanted refills or bring us any refill drinks back. The waiter tried to explain that he had the entire side to himself, but that wasn’t true as myself, my wife, my father in law and our land lord all watched other waitresses serving other tables. My wife and I both told the young man (our waiter) that he was not doing his job correctly and he laughed at both of us thinking it was funny. We then went to the front end manager, explaining our concerns and the horrible service. As the front end manager had a discussion with the young man (our waiter), he laughed in his face as we watched. Yes, we didn’t get a different waitress in the service. Got a little better. But still as a waiter or waitress as you serve your tables in a certain area of a restaurant, you should always keep an eye on the drinks to make sure they are filled unless a customer states that they don’t want any more to drink. We were there between 5 and 6 PM today. July 2, 2023 I did leave a similar review on yelp, but this one is more detailed. The waiters ...

This place was very disgusting during my visit. The only thing that was clean were the table tops. The floors were sticky throughout. The soda dispenser was broken, there were ice cream cones but no ice cream. The vast majority of food areas had food splatters that had been there for a good while obviously not cleaned at a minimum of food tray swaps.
The food itself was OK. Most of the meats I tried were either dry or bland.
All of the above wasn't the worst part. The worst part of it was the throw up just behind the front desk area. I have no idea how long it had been there, but it had definitely been there long enough that it was starting to dry. Who threw up, I don't know. Another patron? An employee? No idea. All I know is that it was there and for everyone to see. It wasn't until someone spoke to the supervisor that it got taken care of. Even the supervisor's response was an unacceptable, "it just happened" despite the fact that it was starting to dry. If it's starting to dry, it obviously did not "just happen". An expectation would have been that once the sick individual was removed, that an employee would clean up the mess and to have a minimal number of patrons witness someone's throw up.
All I know is that I'm not coming here, or any other Golden...
