MOST HORRIBLE experience ever in my life. Do not go to them. Never told me that this is a final sale unless I end up with problems Asking to pay cash which I didnāt carry that big amount with me so I put $100 deposit and $665.00 was pick up on the time of delivery from my home . Second exchange item made me Zelle the money and charge me fee. I cannot understand why they is a charge on Zelle They sold me the item with a huge scratchs and doors cannot close properly on both sides on it, and didnāt even tell me when I called to try and resolve the issue the lady pretty much laughed and said you can come and get some thing more expensive or pick some thing out but you still have to pay the delivery fee. And at the end call the cops to leave the store without any customer service. Just ripping the customers and making fool to people. Even donāt feel like to give one star. I didnāt put any false reviews. And no guys cursed or threatened to any employees, this is completely a lie. He was very professional and only thing he that your sign board is hidden where is says no exchange or refund. And please stop lying that you make 3 exchanges because itās you guyās fault delivering damage items. , first of all I bought electric stove, which didnāt work out for me unless the Electrican came and told me, then I ask for a refund which you denied and then told me to take store credit which I paid cash . What I gonna do with a store credit if I donāt need anything else from there. So I end up buying a gas stove and it was more costly and I paid the difference. But paying the difference was a big drama of not taking cards, and saying card machines not working and then telling me I donāt have machine to use my credit or debit cards ā¦.etc just simply ignoring it and ask me to pay cash or Zelle. I was so frustrated with these types of customer service I got and end up paying by Zelle and Diana told me that we have charged fee if you Zelle, I laughed and said Zelle is same as cash . Anyways I paid through Zelle and when the stove was delivered they was scratchs on both sides and top oven door was not closing properly. So I call they ask me to come store and pick another one. I end up with my neighbor who recommended to go to this store at the very first. So I picked the same stove and after that they ask me to pay another $45 for delivery and said why itās not my fault.
