the most awful experience I ever had. customer service is not good. the manager ELVIA is rude and RACIST. and why do none of the workers know about the points rewards program. My sister ordered food through website as we waited in lobby because they didn't know about the point system. as our order was ready the cashier Jocelyn ask my sister to sign(which makes no sense since the order was placed online. ) so manager Elvia comes around corner with attitude. like we were bothering her.all she said was sign or you don't get your food. then threatens to call police on us;why I dont know. I think her manager position went to her head. after that I didn't want nothing because I felt she was being real extra with the rudeness and inappropriate when we had a simple question. we asked for district manager and store manager and her name didn't want to give us the names. she would only spell her name and cashiers name. as we living my sister heard her say to the workers who are now up by the front desk because she has kept saying we need to leave and she is going to call the cops(press the little button. wasting taxpayers money and cops time) "damn black people " she said it so low I didn't hear it. I was by the door and the 4 other people in the lobby of course didnt hear and were probably on her side. this was my second bad experience in this location. I dont think I'll eat at a pizza hut again. the service is always bad. they are too high. charge for everything and to know they have racist people working for them does not sit well with me. yes corporate has been called because people should not be treated like this calling store manager tomorrow also we were not the only black people who had to sign. another lady came to pick up her order used debit card and entered her pin then had to sign again. I'm not sure what is wrong with...
Read moreI called to make a carry out order and the girl who answered was sloppy, hard to understand, kept talking over me and just seemed clueless. She kept asking me about my number over and over because it didn’t match the number that I was using to call. Not sure why that was such a concern. I understand that people make mistakes but if you work somewhere that requires you to answer calls you’d think they’d be used to how to handle it. I figured that was that and it wasn’t a big deal. I walked in with my name on the screen next to it said Ready. The girl behind the glass that I guess they have for their own protection, charges me and got upset when I asked about the man preparing pizzas with no gloves. I was interested in knowing if that was safe considering my family would be eating it. She told me they weren’t required and that that was the manager. I left it at that. She ended up walking away for some reason and left my change on her side of the glass just laying there. I had to wait another 15 minutes before actually getting our order. She never came back out and it took two other people coming back and forth until we left. Idk this place is just off...
Read moreI ordered a pizza & pasta which came out to a grand total of $30.27, not including the tip. About 25 minutes later I get a call to come out to the street to pick up my pizza. 😑. Apparently it's a store policy that the drivers not enter an apartment community. The whole purpose behind me ordering pizza was because I wasn't feeling well & figured I'd have pizza delivered for my family. Had I known that for a little over $30.00 I'd have to walk out & grab my own pizza, I would've just ordered Uber Eats & had my food delivered to my door. I called the store manager & she was no help. I wish she would've have been better trained to handle situations or at least well seasoned in her position to appropriately handle it. If it's a store policy then perhaps out of courtesy you should at least give the customer a heads up. I could've easily cancelled my order had I known. Lesson learned. But they really should consider the concept of courtesy when it comes to customers who live...
