I ordered mobile for two green tea lattes today, when I have arrived and walked up to the window @about12:40ish in afternoon let them know my name is. The little girl that gotten my drink & yes I say such a little girl still because how completely ignorant because oh my God what she told me, after seeing the SOOO MUCH FOAM that was in my cup and LIKE almost HALF of what you clearly see it's actually drink that showed was really so unacceptable and that little girl's response โThis is how we make the drinks now" but in an adamant way saying like messaging me I have no other choice, too bad for you . . . And I only say this because I know I was trying to hand it back to her in a way like can you please remake this AND she pretty much pushed/handing it back to me she did not even hesitate to tell me that that's just how they make the drinks refusing going back and remake it CORRECTLY. . THAT little girl gonna eventually will learn(at least it's the hope for all in her age) if Starbucks mangr perhaps give a good review of good customer service, unless also mngr also on same boat we/that young chick then ohhh Lord. . . ๐๐ฎโ๐จ๐ฎโ๐จ . . But anywho by the end of the day little girl clearly in how lazy she showed perhaps should find elsewhere to work๐คทโโ๏ธ that's suits her best. Because she does give bad customer service & has a lot to grow. Poor thing knows she wouldn't appreciate getting a drink that half way up &rest is foam, hell if she understands common sense she wouldn't find it worth paying for drink half way filled, ๐๐๐๐คทโโ๏ธ based from my observation/my experience idk if she even gathers that though. . . .?
{Idk if there cameras ate deadly actively working &audio works but it's ALL in camera I honest to God have no reason to make this up, one can observe & see for...
ย ย ย Read moreIโve repeatedly experienced discrimination and poor treatment as a disabled customer at two Starbucks locations:
125 Redlands Blvd, San Bernardino, CA 92408
1241 E. Washington St, Colton, CA 92324
As someone protected under the ADA, I expect to be treated with respect when I let staff know I have a disability. Unfortunately, Iโve repeatedly been questioned, scolded, and even threatened with order cancellations simply because I cannot place my mobile order 15โ20 minutes in advance due to medical appointments. Iโve explained that Iโm disabled and that the app helps me manage my neurological condition by remembering my drink order for me, yet employees still challenge me every time.
Starbucks is a multi-billion-dollar company, and if there are ongoing issues with ticket printing or order timing, that should be handled internally by your IT or operations team โ not taken out on customers, especially those with disabilities.
Please ensure your employees and managers receive proper ADA and sensitivity training. When a customer identifies as disabled, that should be the end of the discussion โ not the start of a confrontation.
Iโm not asking for special treatment, only for equal access and a simple, respectful experience when ordering my drink and food without being harassed or made to prove my disability.
I did attempt to resolve this without leaving a negative review, but I guess I am not worthy of a phone call back from management to see how they will proceed with their future employee...
ย ย ย Read moreThis location is insanely fast. Regardless of the length of line it almost seems like they had my drink made before I even ordered it! Speed is hit or miss at many Starbucks locations but what I found with this one is that faster service isn't always better.
The employees are always polite and once in awhile I'll speak with someone who's friendly and bubbly but most of the time it's just.. them being polite. No hello how are you doing how's it going etc. Just take your order, take your money, give you what you asked for and have a great day. This is also the location that tends to put out sub-par drinks.
Now.. when I order the same thing over and over and over again it's not a big deal what it looks like as long as it tastes great (which is does) but when I want to try a new drink I tend to feel disappointed.
I'm including pictures, I ordered the new Cocoa Cloud Macchiato and I get that it's not ever going to be exactly like the picture but it should at least resemble the drink. I've got no white cloud, no crosshatch or even a drizzle on the top and my iced drink was significantly warm on the top 1/2. (Collage Photo - Top left is what I got, right is what I ordered and bottom left is a google image of the same drink that someone else got).
If you're going to be bad at the drinks at least be amazing in your customer service, especially when you work...
