Disappointing experience. The restaurant reached out to me on instagram providing a coupon and saying they’d love to host us sometime. I decided to book me and my cousins birthday dinner there with a party of 25. Upon arrival, we had to ask them if the party could be moved outside. We love Banda but man it was so loud. A live Banda and tons of speakers inside such a small room. I couldn’t even hear my husband who was yelling in my ear. They were kind and accommodating and moved us outside. Our waitress was kind at first but you could tell they’ve never handled a large party. We had to ask them to get us waters after sitting for 20+ mins, we had to ask if we could order food, ask for drinks etc. It was so unorganized and it felt like we were bothering her. The food was good but everyone got there food at completely different times. Some people were done eating before others even got their food. At the end when we asked for the bill, she then informed us we would only split it 4 ways between 25 people. We told her that was impossible and they should’ve been said that upfront. She agreed to allow us to pay in 2’s but had the worst attitude. She took one card at a time and would disappear for 10 minutes. It took us over an hour just to pay our bill. Half of my party went into the lounge and was there for 30 mins before the rest of my party was able to finish paying. When I asked her if there was anything we could do to help her speed up the process like going inside to the register she said “well you guys made it complicated”. Then they charged my aunt twice for her food “on accident”. I went inside to ask for a manager just to find our waitress was the manager. We went next door to their lounge which was a much better experience but as we left we were chased by a server who said someone in the party didn’t pay for a drink so we had to pay. We asked them why they didn’t have them pay upon ordering and why they didn’t chase them to pay it? They were rude and said it had to be paid. Food and drinks were decent but expensive and not worth our experience at all. This was OUR experience and everyone should give them a chance. Maybe it was just a bad night. I wouldn’t recommend this place for a big party. This restraint has a lot of potential but they have a lot to work on. After posting this review the owner wrote me a nasty message on instagram and blocked me. How unprofessional. Can’t wait to see what they put here when this place...

After a four-hour drive home, we stopped by this restaurant seeking food, drinks, and a place to rest. Upon arrival, a band was playing inside, and it was too loud for us to hear each other. We requested a table on the patio for a quieter experience.

Once seated, we waited about 20 minutes for someone to take our drink order. I eventually had to go inside to ask for assistance. We noticed another table nearby that had been waiting for around 25 minutes as well, despite the restaurant not being crowded. When we finally placed our drink order—soda, water, and lemons—it took another 20 minutes to receive them, and they were not what we had requested.

Our food arrived approximately 1 hour after ordering. I ordered the green chicken enchiladas, but the dish was cold, the rice was bland, and the beans tasted canned. They kept messing up our food order. Our appetizer arrived only after we had finished our main courses. At one point, a waitress nearly dropped my iPhone from the table, but I managed to catch it in time. While the waitresses were quite attractive, they seemed to lack experience and were horrible at doing their job. One waitress even stepped outside to vape near our table while on the phone, likely on her break.

The musicians eventually stopped playing and took a break outside on the patio, where they engaged in unprofessional conversation, using vulgar language and behaving rather cockily. At one moment, it looked like two band members might even get into a fight. Entiendo que así se hablan, pero recuerden que también representan el establecimiento donde son contratados.

Overall, the food did not justify the prices. We came for a warm meal but ended up with cold, tasteless dishes. We had to ask three times for utensils, and when we requested the check, it took a long time for the waiter who took our order to bring it. I went to the restroom, and when I returned, we still hadn’t received the bill. The restrooms were filthy as well like a Chicali public restroom.

While the atmosphere might be good for drinks and enjoying the gorgeous looking mamasitas waitresses view, the food and service really freakend sucked. Hasta me quiso pegar chorro and still had to drive an hour home. Thank...

If I could give this place a -9 I would definitely!!! The point is only because they have live bands. But the band charges $30 for a happy birthday song. It’s a little ridiculous. We arrived at 7:30 PM and didn’t get out till 9:54. The service is terrible!! The food takes forever to be served. I ordered the seafood platter that comes with rice and beans for $110. The rice and beans never arrived!! And when we told the server he argued with me that it didn’t come with rice and beans when it clearly says it on the menu! When I spoke to the manager I explained to him that one of my kids didn’t like seafood which was the reason why I ordered this platter because it came with rice and beans for my child to eat. She didn’t eat all night waiting for her rice and beans! This was her birthday celebration to make things worse!!!! Only for another server to tell us they had run out of rice and beans. Karina said she would give us credit for the food we didn’t get and offered to make my daughter some tacos. Thank you Karina. We drove 3 hrs to come eat here! Waste of time!! And money!!! The food is mediocre, I can’t even say the food we ate was delicious, it was nothing special! Oh and before I forget, unless you order alcoholic drinks get ready to drink can soda or water from a water bottle!!! Ahhh and the best part… the chips and salsa basket is only free at the initial time of arrival… and only one basket for a table of 6 people! If you ask for more chips and salsa they charge you that order, mind you we waited over an hr for our food to arrive!!! Save your time and money!!! Stay away from this place!!! Go to red lobster down the street you’ll get a better...
