Worst starbucks ever. Iāve been coming here for 7 years and I deeply regret it every time. I usually avoid it by driving all the way to rialto for starbucks instead. Every time without fail when I order my latte as a triple with sweet cream, they change it to a vanilla latte or shaken espresso which is MORE EXPENSIVE. The other day the lady taking my order put everything down as I ordered it
Iced triple grande $3.45 Extra sweet cream +1.25 3 vanilla and 1 sugar cookie +0.80 Shaken Thatās $5.50
After putting it in she changed it to a grande shaken espresso with sweet cream which turned out to be $6.70. When i told her it was more expensive that way she actually stated āi believe itās cheaper this wayā
I am so tired of spending nearly $7 on a drink that tastes like i just wasted time. Do you not understand that people spend outrageous amounts money on coffee as it is? Spend the time to make it good. You are baristas and you are making starbucks look very bad. Im sure every one of you employees has been mad when spending money you WORKED FOR on a crappy service. Think about that next time you try to tell me how to do basic math then make my drink with bare minimum effort. Every single time without fail my drink is over priced and terribly crafted. The fact that itās been consistently happening for years leads me to believe itās bad management, poor training, and business oriented rather than customer oriented. I have never experienced another starbucks as poor quality and penny pinching as this one. I go to starbucks every single day and the once in a blue moon times I go to this one I am always disappointed.
My suggestion for you starbucks, as someone experienced in leadership and a mad customer, is to make your standards of training higher and focus more on the customers rather than saving a couple bucks. The $1.20 extra I was charged the yesterday means very little to you but thatās a portion of my hourly pay I wonāt get back for a crappy drink and an experience that bothered me all day. Itās all about the principle now. Donāt ever tell your customers that $6 is cheaper than $5 and PLEASE DO BETTER so I donāt have to drive to rialto for a good...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have never experienced such rude and unprofessional behavior at a Starbucks before, I live in LA, so that's saying a lot. We were a party of 4 meeting up with a party of 2 (they had arrived earlier and had their drinks already). There was one other couple waiting for their drinks and then 2 more people came in after us and ordered after we did. We ordered and went to sit with our friends. After about 15 mins my daughter went to the counter to see about the drinks but was told they weren't ready yet. After another 10 mins I walked over and was told the same (by this time the couple ahead of us as well as the two people after us had come and gone). About 10 mins after that an employee walked to our table to inform us that they would be closing in about 10 mins, at 7:40, so we should prepare to leave. Ummm, we hadn't even received our drinks yet??!! I asked the employee if we were going to be receiving the drinks before being forced to leave (with a sarcastic tone, I admit). She looked at me as if she had no idea what I was talking about, even though she had been at the counter both times we had inquired about the drinks, nodded her head and said "yeah" as she walked away. So, with about 5 mins left before they closed (btw, since when did Starbucks start closing at 7:40 pm??? 7:40?! I don't know of any retail or food establishment that closes at 20 mins to the hour!) my daughter noticed 3 new drinks on the counter but they hadn't announced any names so she went to check and what do you know... They were our drinks! No time to comfortably sit and enjoy the drinks while catching up with the friends we met there. We literally had to grab our drinks as we were ushered out the door. No apologetic words or actions from the employees. Not only that, we didn't even receive a "Enjoy your night!", "Good night!", "Thank you for your business!" or anything else! Just blank stares, smiles seem to be a completely alien concept to these employees, and a push at the door to ensure it closed securely behind us. I can say with a smile on MY face that I will never give up my business to this location again and have the manners to at least wish...

Originally, we visited this Starbucks to use the restroom however I decided to get something. We ordered around 12:30 to get breads.
First, no smiles at all and greetingsā¦. They just look at you and make you feel unwelcome!!!
Second, there were no breads inside the oven so meaning any staff can warm-up our breads. The staff (assigned) was just talking to a man in front of the oven.
So I asked the unfriendly staff who got our orders and just said that , there are breads in -line to get warmed up . Well, I was observing and thereās none.
Finally, after a long wait, I saw the staff who was talking to one staff that she started warming up our bread and that quick, we got our breads warmed up.
I told her, oh thatās quick and weāve been waiting for a long time here. Maybe, we shouldāve gotten or ordered our drinks too?!?!?!
She looked at me badly and said āthank you,ā sarcastically.
Finally, when I looked back again, she was still looking at me badly. Gosh!! So unprofessional!!!
To make the story short, this was my WORST Starbucks experience Iāve ever encountered.
They might be tired or feeling something bad today (understandable perhaps) but still this isnāt acceptable. Once you decide to work in a set-up like this, serving people, you have to make sure that youāre there to smile and give extraordinary service. After all, as they can see, we were waiting patiently.
I hope the management will...
