The food itself was great. The service was poor and truly sucked. They definitely need some improvement. I'm not sure if they were understaffed, but I'm gonna blame it on that, so I can't completely convince myself of the other things that came to mind. First off, they were really slow. I let them know that I had made our order online prior to going to the store to pick it up. We(my husband and I)were the only people in the store when we arrived to get our order. Then a lot of people started showing up and were making orders inside the store and, for whatever reason, they were taken care of before we were. The humble person I am, I didn't say anything. But my husband definitely did, and he wasn't rude, after he noticed that several people had come in after us, placed, and had their orders made and were leaving before our order was even looked at.. Honestly, I never throw the race card, but this really felt racial. Seeing how we were the only black people there. We were basically first in line yet serviced last. But again, I want to blame the poor service on maybe they were understaffed. Otherwise, my not so humbe other side would absolutely say, they treated us like an afterthought, and we probably would've sat there even longer, had my hubby not said something. Nobody apologized for us having to wait so long either. The chic just said our name, tossed the bag up on the counter, and walked away...
That's not how people should be treated. The location is convenient to home, but we won't be going back...
   Read moreI don’t usually do bad reviews since I work in a restaurant environment. But, today this lady “Chrisy” was really unprofessional. Arriving at Subway 20 minutes after placing an order through the Subway App. I was expecting the order to be completed with the 3 items. (I have received the notification that they were ready). Chrisy asked me if I am placing an order or pick up . I responded “pick up” gave the name for the order. Told here about the 3 items ( 2 subs and one nacho order) .. her response was, no just one item .. picked up the receipt pointed at the item.. we went back forth for about 1-2 minutes until she stated , “ I should be grateful that I was only charge one item” . My response back was that was an unprofessional statement which made her respond “well I’m not professional“ well I can see that this Subway store does not care about service . After calling my wife for a picture of the order through the app . She finally looked at the other bag that was next to the nachos. Realizing that was also my order, she just place the other bag next the nachos. Did not apologize but just walked away from the counter and went to the back.

But the thing I want to complain about is the watered down drinks… I used to work at subway and I remember loving their watermelon drink. It is extremely watered down now it’s disgusting. Even the strawberry lemonade is so watery you can barely taste the lemon. It tastes like I had extra ice in my drink and let it sit until it melted. I mean no one in their right mind has to think it tastes good. Another thing is their salads. They used to chop them and now they put vegetables in their whole. It feels like the store has gotten so lazy. Like why would I want to eat an entire slice of cucumber. I have to chop the salads when I get home now when they could literally just do it there.
