Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in San Bernardino

I was VERY dissatisfied with the service my family got. I did my order online and use 2 coupon codes from a paper ad I had gotten in the mail few days earlier. I have a small family size of 3 so I ordered 2 large pizzas and my total came to $15.00 or so with the 2 coupon codes. It's was to try the new meatball pizza and add a large for $1.00 more up to 5 toppings... including specialty pizzas. I entered both codes while I was ordering and even chose the 5 toppings that we wanted on our second pizza. When the delivery driver arrived at my home (he was very nice and was just put in a bad situation) he only had 1 pizza (the meatball). He then double checked my order and said it was for 1 pizza only not 2 (1 pizza would NOT feed my family), he called and confirmed order with his "manager" who was very rude and proceeded to ask to speak to me (on the delivery drivers cell phone) and when I told him I placed my order online he said in a discouraging voice 'well we don't handle the online orders, they come in and we do what they say as you ordered it' I then informed him that I still needed to have something figured out because it was now almost 8 pm and I needed to feed my family and get to bed, I had a long day and ordered for the convenience but that with it not being enough to feed my entire family it was at no convenience to me. I informed him I was very dissatisfied with the service I wanted an additional pizza and he then said I would have to wait thru the entire NEW order process and that it would be at additional cost to me wait (while my other pizza got cold) for the other one to come. He then was trying to explain the coupon codes saying "Oh and BY the was, just so you know. That's NOT how the coupons work" Very rude. I didn't have any more conversation with him and handed the phone back to the delivery driver, gave him the pizza back. I will NEVER order from your company again. Your manger sounded like a child with no respect for the costumer and took no responsibility for the fact that I was upset, I may have not understood the coupon which wasn't very literally written out in the first place however I was a paying costumer and I deserve to be helped out and made happier in a unhappy moment! My pizza was not cooked all the way. It was horrible I couldn't even eat it. The slices were uneven the toppings were bunched up on one side some slices didn't even have cheese

Update here.. So a few days after i made my complaint about this, the general manager sends me an email apologizing and offers Me a free 5 top or speciality pizza and says if I have anymore concerns about this incident i could email back or give him a call and left his contact number. When I go to use the code he sent me I got the error message saying this code was not valid. So I emailed him about it and it's been 2 weeks and i still haven't received a response. I don't think I'll be ordering from papa johns anymore after this. My issue with this is, this 1 pizza cost me $30 and I even tipped the driver before I even got my pizza and this was the serves I got. And than the general manager couldn't even make it up to me. If he didn't want to give away a free pizza to make up for his teams mistake than he should of never even offered it. I have had a couple problems with this location in the past year after getting pizza here about 5 times. One delivery, one carry out. Delivery was supposed to be 30-40 minutes, and it took about 2 hours with no kind of compensation after calling and asking where my pizza was twice, both times I got the manager and his only response was, "im sorry, we are working with only one driver. He's about 20 minutes away.." the establishment is about 6 miles away from me.. the Carry Out incident was about 3 days ago, the gentleman didn't show me the pizza when I picked it up, and when I got home, the sauce was way undercooked and the cheese was burnt. It tasted like onions had been on the pizza at some point, and my grandma found a couple pieces hidden in the cheese, when we only got pepperoni and mushroom. Just starting to be a real bummer because I really speak highly about papa johns. They all and all really make the best pizza for a mainstream joint. this location has a great attitude, just really lacking in efficiency. If my next experience somehow changes, I will gladly...
