The other night, I was babysitting my friends 8 year old. We were to have a super awesome fun time which included some yumm thick crust pizza and mozzarella sticks.
We sat down together and looked through the Eat24 app and decided to order from here. We picked our pizza and everything was great. We were excited.
After an hour of wait time, the excitement started to wear down. As we continued to wait and the tummies started to rumble, the 8 year old was getting pretty upset. I checked in regarding the food, "out for delivery" they said. I was trying to distract the kid with other stuff so she doesn't think about how hungry she is.
Finally, over an hour and 20 minutes later, the food finally arrives. We are so excited!!! Again, the excitement wore off very fast when we realize that the food was cold (which is whatever to me as I can heat it up) and the crust is regular. I paid extra for this and I get regular crust? At this point, I'm super frustrated and angry. I now have a very upset 8 year old. She was so excited to have ordered everything just to see it screwed up.
As some of you might be reading this, you might think, "if it is so awful, why two stars and not one?". While I do believe I should have gotten a full refund, the restaurant was quick to give me back 50% and I think that gives some merit. They obviously knew they did something wrong and you have to credit them for trying to fix it.
That being said, would I personally order from here again? No way! I truly hope that this was just an unfortunate experience. I can't imagine that they would successfully run their business in...

I recently dined at New York Pizza and Pasta and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. While the food was decent, the management’s handling of customer concerns was highly disappointing.
On my visit, there was an issue with my order. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, instead of apologizing or trying to rectify the situation, they were argumentative and refused to acknowledge their mistake. This lack of accountability and professionalism was quite disheartening.
Moreover, it seems that any negative feedback is dismissed as fake by the management. This defensive attitude prevents genuine improvement and shows a disregard for customer satisfaction. Interestingly, I noticed several recent positive reviews about the staff and manager, which felt somewhat suspicious given my experience.
It’s unfortunate that the management’s approach overshadows the potential of this restaurant. I hope they take this feedback seriously and work towards better customer service and transparency.

I’ve ordered the spinach salad (w/ chicken) party trays a few times now and they have always been a hit at our events. Ive had the cheesy garlic bread loafs at the other location and loved it, so will probably add that next time (hopefully it’s the same recipe). I hadn't done so yet because I keep forgetting to ask how many slices come per loaf, so that info on the menu would be helpful! The only downside is they dont have a parking lot and on the rare occasion there is parking on El Camino, it’s a tight fit and sketch.
