My Breakfast House — Restaurant in San Carlos

I was looking for a good breakfast spot around, and this hit the spot. I appreciated that they are open early. It's very hard to find in the area, especially on a weekend. The place was nicely decorated, and upon entering, you're greeted right away. I placed my order, and it was ready in minutes. It was slowly getting busy, you can tell that were ready for the rush to come.

The food was amazing. I ordered for to-go, but the containers didn't travel too well. The things we do for the environment. The cardboard literally fell apart.

Heart Attack omelette- Flavorul, and it was a good size. I wish I had hot sauce or something to go with it.

French toast combo - The french toast was soft and fluffy. Not too eggy with a slight sweetness. It was perfection. I didn't need syrup. The house potatoes were perfectly cooked and seasoned. The bacon was crispy, and made the combo complete.

Corn beef hash - I loved the chunks of corn beef. It was fresh and tasted amazingly with the peppers.

I can't wait to come back here and try...

It’s your friendly neighborhood breakfast diner…we picked this place because it’s close to the freeway and we had flown into SFO with a bit of a drive home to Monterey. We were desperate for breakfast so we rolled the dice and picked a spot based on location. The breakfast gods were smiling upon us this morning. I had the OBAMA omelette (olives, bacon, artichokes, mushrooms, American cheese). My husband had a sausage and cheese omelette. My toddler had the kids French toast. We all joined the clean plate club. The omelettes were perfectly constructed, beautifully wrapped around a generous heap of our chosen toppings. The good came out fast and hot and was absolutely delicious. The servers were cheerful and pleasant and it had all the feels of a local neighborhood favorite. 10/10 recommend. Will definitely keep this gem in our back pocket when we’re traveling to...

Great little breakfast place located in downtown San Carlos that offers a variety of breakfast offerings as well as lunch/dinner items. Huge shoutout for the amount of menu items, taste of the food, and location. Customer service could be a little better, but likely due to the shortage of staff or popularity of the restaurant. Come here if you don't feel like waiting in line for some of the chain breakfast places in the area that offer the same quality food for a higher price.

The food here is great. We ordered huevos rancheros, the breakfast burrito, and some other stuff. Everything was absolutely amazing. I was really impressed with how much items they had. I almost ordered a hamburger at 10 AM, but decided against it! :)

Come here and avoid the lines at some of the more well known establishments that are pretty much the same thing, but...
