An Exceptional Dining Experience at Nick the Greek!
From the moment I stepped into Nick the Greek, I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality that immediately set the tone for an unforgettable dining experience. The ambiance was casual yet inviting, and it felt like the perfect spot to relax and indulge in a meal full of authentic Greek flavors.
The menu offered a fantastic variety of options, each one showcasing the best of Greek cuisine. I opted for the Lamb Gyro, and it was absolutely mouthwatering. The lamb was tender, perfectly seasoned, and paired with fresh vegetables and sauce that elevated every bite. The pita was soft and warm, adding that authentic touch that made me feel like I was dining in Greece itself.
The service was impeccable—attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Our server took the time to explain the menu and offered helpful suggestions, which made the experience even more enjoyable. It was clear that the staff genuinely cared about delivering an outstanding experience for every guest.

Read moreI am very excited that a Mediterranean restaurant open in San Clemente we certainly needed one. I’m going to try most of the MENU. today My first item was the simple Greek salad. My first impression was an absolute overwhelming amount of cherry tomatoes in my salad somewhere around 40 pieces of cut up cherry tomatoes dominated my salad, an amount anyone would eat in a six months of eating salad. The cucumbers were good but very little of other ingredients hardly any bell pepper only 2 olives!,! there were no dressing at all put on the salad which was very surprising to me.the feta cheese was excellent but was absolutely minimal amount. NO CROTONS OR A COUPLE OF PITA bread or chips WAS A BIG MISTAKE.I strongly recommend they pay more attention of how much tomatoes you’re putting in that salad, Ingredients should be fairly equal amount which mine were not. Freshness. 5 star Cleanness 5 star Adequate amount of each ingredients 1 star Lake of pita bread or pita chips. 1 star Lake of greek or any...
Read moreI really wanted to love this place because I love Greek food. I ordered the Gyro Plate with Chicken "to go". The chicken was salty, greasy, processed and was literally chicken crumbs in a box. I've never seen anything like it. It looked like they scraped tiny scraps off a cutting board. The "salad" that came with the plate was only red onions with three tiny tomatoes slices and it was undressed. The fries were good, pita was dry and cold. If I were in the restaurant I would have sent it all back for them to try again.
Navroz on Camino de los Mares is a little more pricey, but you get large chunks of meat, a real salad, rice, hummus, and a delicious pita bread. Always enough for two people...
