Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in San Clemente

Ordered online at 8:45pm; website said delivery was available at this location until 9pm. Credit card was CHARGED. Store employee called and said they STOPPED delivering at 8:30pm, and EVEN THOUGH my card was CHARGED, REFUSED to DELIVER me my order.

When I requested the employee's name, she refused to give me her name and said she would also NOT let her manager give me her name.

I did not raise my voice nor did I at any point use profanity. The 'employee 'said she would not give me her name, BECAUSE i was not being 'nice,' for threatening to file a complaint, with Corporate.

Beyond DISAPPOINTED. I'm ONLY sorry I cant give this location ZERO stars. I NEVER write reviews, but it is FRAUD to charge your credit card and NOT deliver what...

While staying at a local hotel my family placed an online order. I was given a 38-48 min estimate till delivery so after 50 minutes had passed I checked the online tracker to find that it said my pizza was in transit. However, after an additional 5 minutes lapsed (the hotel is only a mile away) I phoned the restaurant. The person who answered stated the pizza was actually still baking but should arrive soon. It ended up arriving 15 min later (so it took 1 hour 15 minutes) from a very friendly and apologetic delivery man. It's dine, we understand -- however I was dissapointed when I saw that my "double pepperoni" only had a small portion of pepperoni (probably about 12 total). Anyway, papa John's is good pizza but just a dissapointting...

Very strange odd manager working here he does very rude things like write messages on his blackboard out front saying people can't use their cell phones in the store. He likes to tell you how much you saved with your coupon to try to make you feel guilty. If you say something he doesn't like he gives you dirty looks. THIS MANAGER WILL MAKE YOU UNCOMFORTABLE 100% GUARANTEED!!! I will never go back to this Papa John's... ever.... I would also like to mention the Papa John's has changed its recipe they are drowning the pizza in too much sauce and they've cut the size of the crust in half... Absolutely appallingly disgusting... Papa John's will go out of business in the next few years the pizza is absolutely...
