Juice It Up! — Restaurant in San Clemente

I’ve been to this location twice. The first time amazing. My smoothie came out fast and the customer service was great! There was a gentleman working and he was amazing and knew some of the other customers by name. I can today (12/30/2023) and the 3 people working were not so great. The boy was really sweet but he made my smoothie and it was literally like juice. I asked one of the ladies if it should be this watery (I know it shouldn’t because I have had it before) and she said “yeah because of the sherbet” when I first came in the guy didn’t know how to do the coupon and asked for help and the other girl had the biggest attitude. The girl working closing shift today Wednesday had an attitude problem. She was being rude not just to me and my family but also with an elderly man that couldn’t hear so she yelled at him to get his attention she said “that’s yours!” The tone of her voice is what gave away the rudeness.
