Panda Express — Restaurant in San Clemente

I ordered the super greens, black pepper chicken, white rice with sweet and sour sauce on it and 1 vegetable spring roll. Everything was cooked very well. Taste was outstanding. Definitely ordering this again! It was the first time I ordered the super greens. I loved the flavor but found the texture a little harder than expected in some of the green parts. The white was soft and melted in my mouth. Highly recommend for veggie lovers. I like the black pepper chicken because it's hot but it doesn't have a kick to it. I can pick all if the big pieces of chicken out of it and eat it with my sweet and sour rice for a fun flavor balance. It is standard for them to sell 2 spring rolls at a time but I knew I was not going to eat it. They had a difficult time with this at first, until I finally said I would buy 2 but just give me 1 because I don't want it waisted. Then one of the ladies heard what was happening and showed the younger person how to ring me up with just 1 spring roll. The place is clean, bathroom is clean, and very easy to find parking. I don't feel like wasting my time typing out all my terrible experiences with this store (going on 10+ times now). Its right by my work and I love panda so I've given them MANY chances to get it right, and they ALWAYS fail. Whether I do online pick up or order through the store it takes minimum 20 minutes just to get my food. I've had times where I ordered online and they didnt start my order until I arrived. They completely ignore the "special requests" section of their online order process.. they've forgotten the sauce for the egg roll I get 3+ times even though I specifically remind them in special requests. THEY DESPERATELY NEED A NEW MANAGER THAT WILL WHIP THEM INTO SHAPE. Sad Sad excuse for a facility. Oh and to top it all off their portions are smaller than a normal PE. Visited location 11/21/20 There was no Black Pepper Chicken. The clerk seemed upset that I wanted to wait 6 minutes for then to make it. When i requested more napkins the clerk refused stating she put two napkin utensil packs in my bag although I told her there was three of us. She just turned and walked away. So no napkins for one of us. Staff seemed very short to almost rude. Paid $23 was not satisfied. Too bad the clerks seem like they don't like the job or the customers.
