Just left the Mexican restaurant again, and I have to say the front gentleman is extremely thoughtful and nice. While we waited, he gave us two drinks, which is just unheard of these days. Such great customer service!

My girlfriend and I have been to Asada Mexican Restaurant & Chango Mango more times than we can count, and every visit has been fantastic. But today? Today was on a whole new level of amazing!

We ordered a burrito, two tacos with beans and rice, and as always, the food was delicious, but the customer service? Top-notch doesn’t even begin to describe it! The guy at the front taking our order was a legend. Not only did he make sure everything was perfect, but he also gave us samples of the drinks to try out. Who does that? He went above and beyond, making us feel like VIPs.

This is how customer service should be everywhere! Friendly, thoughtful, and genuinely wanting to make sure we had the best experience. I’m pretty sure we’ll be back sooner than planned because of this exceptional visit. Keep it up, Asada!

Came here today lady at the front with blonde hair and tatted eyebrows was a NIGHTMARE! Let’s go down the list shall we They didn’t have AC on a hot summer day They didn’t advertise that they will charge extra for card No restrooms available due to covid but yet none of the workers are wearing masks and covid has been officially over since May of this year. Got Tamarind water that just tastes like water she tried to say oh it just tastes like that. Gave my mom attitude regarding it when we asked to exchange it to something else Lady was very incompetent we ordered a Torta and she gave us a BURRITO.. so dumb She threw the napkins at our food when she came to our table when we were glad to go up there and pick it up when she gave us the wrong order. It’s under a new management but they should hire people who are nicer to their customers when we are their livelihood.. Today, I ordered a fish burrito that cost 11.50 by the drive thru but he is busy attending customers, I understand that. Suddenly, I told him again by the window that I ordered fish burrito then I pay him directly cash. When, he gave me the receipt it's says, "asada burrito $12.99" I told him by the window precisely that he has the wrong order. I don't like his attitude about woman's pov judgement that us a woman go fast food daily & spend money easily. I'm like it's not us fault that your prices went up & us a females are cravings for fast food. Anyway, I told him to change the order & give me $1 dollar of my change back then he's starting to make excuses about his system because he refuses to give my money back. He insisted to give me a free horchata & I told him 'no, I didn't order horchata' bc I have drinks at home. In the end, I demanded to give my money back & I give his change back.
