Jack in the Box — Restaurant in San Diego

Please save your money & spend it where people treat you with respect ! The customer service at this location is TERRIBLE !!!! As i order my food the wrong order pops up on the screen , i tell the man over the speaker that it’s wrong & that is not what i ordered & he immediately gets sassy with me , calls me out my name then stops taking my order ! I pull up to the window & he gives me my money back which is completely fine & says i called him out his name ! Sir you were very rude of course i called you out your name sassy boy ! Then when i leave i call to ask for corporates number & they hang up on me 5 different times ! I drive back up to the location to get names & a store number & come to find out this is a Manager conducting himself like this !!! Ryan is rude , very unprofessional , hanging up when i was calling , sticking his middle finger at me calling me out my name through the window !! Your kidding me right ? My 15 year old son can conduct himself better then that !! Stop giving this location your service , believe the reviews , these people here are very unprofessional & hate...

On the other hand, The Jack in the Box on Federal n Euclid in San Diego, needs to be taken off the map❗️❗️❗️ I am saddened by the way the employee's allow people to congregate on the property. People such as, PAN HANDLERS/DRUG ADDICTS, right on the side of the building, about 3 ft. away from the window where the food is payed for and served out of. I was totally taken aback❗️ There should be secret shoppers that record this type of activity. As well as monitoring the food and drinks served. The orders are never correct, food is not the correct temperature. And the courtesy of the employee's are not good❗️I wonder, how in the world were they hired. ❓️❓️❓️ With all of this being said, I hope and pray that there is a drastic change at The Jack-in-the-Box on Federal n Euclid...

I specifically ordered 5 sausage croissants. The girl taking my order didnt show it on the screen but verbally confirmed my order saying 5 sausage breakfast jacks which I told her no. Im ordering 5 sausage croissants. I get to the first window to pay and she reads back the order with 5 sausage breakfast jacks. I said I asked for sausage croissants and she insisted that they were the same and came with croissants. Ive never ordered breakfast jacks so I thought maybe the 2 were one in the same. WRONG!!! I've been ordering sausage croissants for years. I just happened to be in a hurry today and didnt check my order like I normally do. Uugh!! We go and pay for the food and the service.
