She had an attitude when I tried to correct her and even attempted to give me hard bread. She failed to spread out the vegetables evenly—something that Subway emphasizes for a reason.
To make matters worse, when wrapping my sandwich, she didn’t cut it properly. Not only was it not cut in half correctly, but it wasn’t even sliced all the way through.

We all know that the world is different now because of covid. Nobody's outside as much, and it's almost a ghost town on the weekends. In other words, business is slow. But not so slow that you don't have your main staples to make the sandwiches that keep your company going. no lettuce? no olives? no jalapeno cheddar bread? no wheat bread? How? You even left your very kind sandwhich artist out to dry, because she was the only one there who was going to have to deal with 'that one customer', who's going to yell at her, like its her fault the store is not stocked. I made it a point to go to Subway that day, because i usually get my sandwhiches from Vons now...lets be honest, its a better quality. Looks like if it aint broke, i shouldnt be trying to fix it.

Absolutely ridiculous I called multiple times to see what happened and they NEVER picked up.
