I wanted to try the new fish sandwich because I was across the street getting my hair done. I haven't eaten at Popeyes in 3 years and the commercials make the sandwiches look pretty lickin' good. I was pricey astounded. And I eat out about four times a week.

Look at my pics. Magnify them! Unbelievable! A 16pc of chicken with sides and biscuits $47 dollars not including tax. Honestly, this is a modern day sham. Do you know how many places a family could eat or have more than one meal at $47 dollars. Costco sells whole rotisserie chickens at $5 bucks and healthier. Albertsons has an entire chicken piece family meal deal for $10 bucks and the chicken is actually good.

Here at Popeye's the drive-thru and walk-in is always packed. Always slow. And non-accommodating. You can enter the drive-thru two different ways which occurs a parking lot jam. If you are parked and eating inside you can possibly get stuck because the drive thru cars are blocking your car. I am beside myself that the community patrons this business with such unfair pricing and gouging. It's Popeye's good people.

I actually didn't purchase and left because the prices are laughable and offensive. I got moolah.

The management was trash, he didn't know his head from hole in the ground. When they brought her order out they gave it to another car and then they had and then that person went through it so that was disgusting first off because some stranger touched our food! They didn't even remake our food they just rebagged it and brought it back out and still messed the order up they left off information about a promo that they ran out of cups on and didn't bother to tell us and we spent money for extra of nothing. The manager was not helpful he would just blame all the other workers except for himself or not relaying information that need to be told to other peoples in order to buy something to get your complete order. So the whole experience was just a waste of time we are waiting a half-hour for some cold food that's been passed around and touched and I will not be going back to this one ever again no matter how hungry I am I do not care about this Popeyes the management is just ridiculous he look like a space cadet and like he really wasn't listening just trying to get us out of there so is very unprofessional. So do yourself a favor and avoid this Popeye at all costs it'll save you money...

Employees all rude missing order the just try to shoo you off. Managers talk and say they can do anything even after whole proof in app and in email I ordered online on Popeyes app she just kept saying do I have a different name which I don’t and app only in my name. Then proceeds to call my name as I’m complaining to cooperate which you can only text them not speak to rep. Out $29 they say can’t give back 3-5 days like my kids was waiting a hour for food that I paid for. They gave me second order but not my first. Then made another as so they said then said can’t give me so they say it out just to get cold wasting food. So out food and money.. corporate needs to start looking at reviews because just bout same bad customer service on reviews.. manager Anna just walked aways saying can’t do anything.. then why you even there if can’t even look at evidence of a Order and fix problem.. instead yall ask a handicap person to come out car when they order drive thru for a reason. I want to add video well there siting laughing..then i just read another review which says they did same...
