I waited 10 minutes before I was finally acknowledged. I said hi when I walked in the door and nobody responded back. The only person to acknowledge me only said two words to me. First was the name on the order and the second was the word yes to confirm that I had heard the name on the order correctly. It was overall an entirely awkward and uncomfortable situation and experience. I would like to know that you are still in the customer service industry and whereas you don't necessarily need to smile at all times (because that's total bull) you should still acknowledge your customers. Then again the customers there were just as rude as the employees. I was standing basically all the way up against the table and a customer cut in front of me and the table. I had to take a step back or he would have bumped into me. I said excuse me very politely and he said nothing and then proceeded to do the same thing a second time to walk back to his seat. There was plenty of room to walk behind me and around me. I was not in the way and I was standing where it said to wait to be helped. Overall I think that the customers and the employees here could use a huge upgrade. Good luck team.

Cute little bagel shop in the scripps ranch marketplace mall..my kid loves visiting here for a good bagel and we often visit for a nice morning bagel with cream cheese. They have good varieties of bagel and cream cheese flavors. I always get the cheesy hash brown for bagel coz I love it and mix and match with cream cheeses but love thier garden veggie spread more than all. Did not like the taste of jalepeno bagel as i felt the jalepeno flavour was overpowering..The bagels are mostly always fresh and well made. My daughter loves her blueberry bagel with strawberry cheese spread and never complained . The outside of the shop has a nice seating area with tables and chairs so we always have a casual relaxed time there. Overall love it.

Ordered assiago bagel and cream cheese. $5.48 I'm standing I'm line alone, and a new customer walkes up, granted a cute girl, and she gets attended before me. I hadn't been greeted yet, and I got skipped. Another 30 seconds or so goes by, same gentleman that skipped me ignores me . Another person finally takes my order. I believe it was the assistant manager others have written about. Bagel order was for toasted assiago. It's incredibly stale , and the cream cheese is so little !! For 5.48 bucks?? Big disappointment. 2nd time in the store. Last time I buy from here :(

The staff seemed more interested in themselves and talking and flirting with each other than the customers. One guy got his order and stood there waiting at the register to pay and leave for three, four, five minutes while three or four employees were hanging out. The popular staff members seemed to delegate the unsavory task of actually working to the less popular staff members, and so they had an unhappy looking woman come over and deal with me so the cool staff members' happy play time could continue. I finally looked over at the poor guy waiting at the cash register and told him he could probably just walk out with his large order without paying and no one would notice. We laughed but it was obvious he was irritated and really wanted to leave before he was late for something where hungry people were waiting for him. I dared to address one of the socializing staff members and direct his reluctant attention to the customer waiting at the cash register. He winced in pain and said some unintelligible remark in Spanish to me as he got some other person to go help the poor guy. The customer thanked me for helping him when he was finally able to go about his day. My own transaction was smoother, but probably only because I had called their attention to the fact that none of them were paying attention to operating a Bruegger's Bagels. I mean, they looked like they were having fun. They could've been recording some kind of reality TV show about how smart and funny and cool they all are with well-hidden cameras and the Bruegger's Bagels setting was just incidental to their charming personas. But the hungry people with tragically less entertaining lives who go there for food probably...

Was looking for a breakfast sandwich place, sadly this is closest, but I can't order from them.

My first and only experience with them was a breakfast catering order for a 20 person meeting. Day of the meeting - Received an email almost an hour after they were supposed to be arriving, stating they would be another 2 hours at least. I was told they knew HOURS before my order was due that they would be HOURS late.

Now I have 20 hungry staff and no food. They acted surprised I had to cancel my order.

I didn't pay for what I didn't receive, but this was grossly mishandled on their end, and I received nothing to compensate for that. Oh wait! I did! I received no food and 20 hungry managers, and a high disappointment in their company.

I contacted their corporate office, and I'm sure you can guess what I received? No response. At all.

So I'm sure their food is great if you go there to pick it up like fast food. Anything more than that... have a large order or catering? Do not recommend.

We cater food often, especially now with COVID, and this is actually the only local place I won't order from. I have quite a list of other local places that cater/ deliver that are wonderful. Happy to recommend any!

You know who is a wonderful breakfast caterer and I've used a number of times? The Corner Bakery. We all go nuts over their raisin toast bread thing. ...
