Burros & Fries Marketplace — Restaurant in San Diego

My friend and I decided to try this place for the first time. (7/18/21) We order our food, I had to use the restroom, mind you the restroom was VERY dirty. They didn't have any toilet paper, my friend told the cashier girl, she said "okay" as we sat down waiting for our food, and for her to put the Toilet paper away. She has very bad customer service she acted like she was busy, there was no one in line. She decided to get on her phone, mind you, she wasn't on break, she was still on the clock very unprofessional. My friend was looking at her giving her a very nasty look, she saw my friend, and that's when she decided to get off her phone and do her job!🙄 She made me, wait 20 mintues. I went in seconds after she put the toilet paper away, she was VERY lazy she put the 2 rolls on top of the toilet and not in the dispenser again there was no line, she wasn't busy she had time to clean the bathroom up and not be LAZY and put the toilet paper in the dispenser. She was not only really rude to us but you can tell she hated her job and wanted to acted like she was important and not us the customers weren't. Unfortunately the food wasn't the greatest the beef tacos we had, the beef was dry. Although my friend and I aren't the biggest fans of guacamole y'all had one of the best guacamole we ever tasted. I’m piggy-back on my former review below. Decided to give another chance. Their Wake-up fries were great. However, a recent visit we ordered a machaca burrito—it should be called a bell pepper burrito. My first thought was they didn’t mix it. Then it got worse as I kept eating. It was definitely not a machaca burrito. See pics. Need I say more? I visited earlier this yr, 2022 and ordered menudo with pata. Isn’t assuming the out a bone with absolutely no meat. I brought to their attention asked if they could give me pata, they halfas$ed said that the menudo is pre-measured and they could not do that. I highly do jot recommend this place. I came in there at 3.51pm today. It was my first time there with my daughter. I was a little bit confused about the order and my daughter was explaining it to me. Maria C who was the cashier at that time, interrupted her and loudly said, "I have explained this to you 2 times already and i will explain it again", . it was very embarrassing and the people that were sitting in restaurant all were staring at us. My daughter and I were very humiliated and she walked away. I continued to pay her and told her in a calm voice, that was uncalled for and it was our first time in there. She ignored me and continued talking to the cook. The food was good that is the only good thing I can say about my visit there, but we will not be coming back.
