UPDATE They sent an email asking me to explain my concerns. It’s been a month and no reply. The surveys they do are simply to pretend customers input matters. Original review - Long wait at the drive thru. Then they pretend to give you the entire order, charge extra to change the side items, and still give you the wrong cheaper side you now overpaid for. So you get home to find an incorrect order. They don’t answer the phone. I did the survey. They replied to the first part then ask me to email all my identifying information only to never hear from them again. They do the survey to pretend they care that you are overpaying for cold food and wrong items. By the way KFC, when you take someone’s money and do not give them the food they paid for, it really feels like theft or fraud. Mistakes get taken care of. Horrible business practice to count on the fact that some of us will not waste an additional 30 minutes and gas to fix your fraud. That’s when you bother to actually offer to correct...

I went to this place after visiting the GREEN WOOD cemetery. Usually I always like Kentucky fry CHICKEN I saw the advertisement in TV that they have French fries that come with fry chicken a soft drink and biscuits for $5.50. I ordered that menu but at that place it cost $11.30. At that time because the COVID19 you can buy only from drive in and the line was long ,because I like KFC so much I ordered it. When I pickup the foods I have to move out because the line was long. After I got home I open the foods I was so disappointed,4 pieces of very small fry CHICKEN and look very old like it have been fry and leave it for many hours. Ordered a family size 8 pc bucket chicken for the 1st time through Uber Eats and this location was quick but now I know why. The food was cold, soggy, tastedlike reheated frieds, greasy chicken and order was for original. The only thing they did not mess up was the soda and the coleslaw. Then their App took a tip from me as it ask you to adjust the tip, instead of adjusting it to ZERO, it said thanks for you tip. I DID NOT GIVE ANY TIP FOR NASTY TASTING FOOD. You all can come pick up this entire order and return my 48.00. I love KFC so I am terribly dissapointed that this outlet served me this kind of food.
