Went through the drive-thru on my way home because I hadn't eaten all day and I was starving. When I got home and opened the bag I noticed they totally got my order wrong by putting items on the burger I explicitly asked them not to put on because of my allergies so I couldn't eat the burger and had to throw it away. They even got my drink order wrong! I didn't want to drive all the way there and home again so I called them to let them know about the mistakes and that I had to throw the items away which was the same as throwing my money away. I was thanked "for bringing it to their attention" but was not offered a refund or a free meal on my next trip there. This is the 2nd time in three months that my order has been incorrect. Read moreThis Carl's Jr. is a friendly and enjoyable place that I LOVE to visit. The manager's and employees have always been nice, and the food is not only good, but reasonably priced too! There are around five other places to "hang out" in this commercial area of South Clairemont (just up the hill on Clairemont Drive from San Diego's Mission Bay), but my friends and I usually end up at this Carl's Jr. (across the street from the Public Library) simply because THE PEOPLE THERE ARE SOOOO NICE TO US !!!!

The lady at the drive thru did not listen, didn't let us order everything we wanted. Claimed the APP wasn't working, which made no sense, I handed her my phone so that she could scan the code. I ordered fries aside from the combo I asked for and I got our burgers, fries and a drink all separate(NOT in a combo price) and didn't get the extra fries. She also gave me an attitude when I tried explaining my order because it seemed there was confusion, and she just said "OK, I GOT IT." Clearly, she didn't get it.
