9/6/17 8:49pm Employee with glasses literally looked at us and slammed the register that he was counting/closing. Nice customer service. Stood there awkwardly while he angrily gathered his receipts and stormed off without even so much as a greeting. Not our fault you work a fast food job pal. Maybe start closing the registers 15 minutes before you 10pm and not an hour and a half. Reached out to corporate and this was their response.

Somehow I don't think this will be addressed or anything changed in the near or distant future. Don;t know how the food is but if I were you I'd get there before 8:00 to avoid an experience like this. Can't imagine what would've happened if we went through the drive through and couldn't see this guy's expression. Probably would have gotten something "extra"in our burger. With all the competition for food service dollars I would think that keeping stores open until their posted hours would be the first issue I would tackle. Oh well. Read moreI came here on January 11, 2018 with my friend at around 15:00. There is no one here eating inside. We came here to order the $5 meal box. It comes with a cheeseburger, fries, cookie and drink. The other choice is either a spicy chicken sandwich, onion rings, hot dog or if you do not like the cheeseburger, you can get the chicken strips. I picked on the spicy chicken sandwich and my friend chose the onion rings. I think it was an okay experience as contrary to what most of the review says here. The service was okay, but not exceptional. It is fast food after all. They did a good job of bringing the food to the table. But my friend does not like the $5 deal at Carl's Jr. He argues that they only gave him 4 pieces of onion ring. I showed him the picture in the advertisement as 4 pieces and he was a bit grumpy. Wendy's to him is a much better deal with the 4 for $4. My friend was also shocked at how much burgers at Carl's Jr cost now. I know for sure he is not returning here. I can agree with him. The advertisement is deceiving (the burgers in the ad are always made larger in detail than the reality), but I felt they gave a fair amount of fries and I like the fact that I do not have to bug the workers for a refill (the Wendy's I went to, you have to go up the counter and ask for them to refill the cup for you). The cup is decent size and they have better drink selection. I could careless for the cookie so I gave it to my friend, otherwise it would have been trash. The burgers were okay to me. Read moreUPDATE 9/10/2024: I felt compelled to update my review since I have returned to this Carl's Jr. location since my previous posts and they seem to have gotten their act together. Despite never receiving the promised call-back from the store management I would recommend this location now.
UPDATE 5/28/2024: after I received the "Response from the owner" I followed up and was assured that someone would contact me about my experience. Guess what, I never heard back from anyone at Carl's and I still haven't returned to this store.
This was the second, and maybe last time I will visit this restaurant. I was here a couple of weeks ago and there was no Coke Zero in the fountain. Today the was still no Coke Zero and now no Coke! The order taker said that the syrup hadn’t arrived yet :-( No offer to refund the cost of the drink. I like Carl’s but I won’t be back to this location anytime soon.
