Hourglass Community Park — Attraction in San Diego

My pup and I recently walked over to this park from our Vet Appt about 8 blocks away (a usual occurrence- as I beg for forgiveness for bringing him to the "evil" Veterinarian)... only to find new signs posted everywhere that state "No Animals Allowed" 😯 Since WHEN????

At first I thought maybe it was just leading onto the actual Miramar College Campus from where the signs were placed (which I still found a bit annoying- since the Post-Holidays Spring Semester wasn't actually In Session yet... 🤨)

But then, it turned out that the Community Park itself also had the same signs- except they were placed on a place/direction so that we didn't see them until we were on our way out 🤔

C'mon Guys... a totally open "Community Park," that suddenly doesn't allow any animals even while on leash??? A park that never made any reference to having issues with the presence of animals- even on small signs around the...

I love this park lots of special memories here. Safe at night sometimes you might see the pisas drinking beer up by the stairs at night also I never see like weirdos roaming or sketchy people I take my cockapoo here a few times a week at night. Nice little exercise instructions where you can get a good little work out in. You might catch someone smoking weed or even clouds of white but overall this park is a jewel. Daytime strictly for the kids I never see adults hanging there before like 8:30at night i even had sex once in this park on the late late night earlier this year. Volleyball coach fails to teach her players the concept of good sportsmanship!!! She is the worst role model one would expect of a coach. On Wednesday, May 3, 2017. She had her team playing a match at Allied Gardens Recreation Center against a team from San Carlos. At one point during the game, her team attempted to spike a ball. The ball hit one of the players for San Carlos square in the face. (The young lady was ok, just a little embarrassed),instead of stopping the game and asking if she was ok, all this woman did, was laugh. What kind of person does that????
