Subway — Restaurant in San Diego

I put mobile order in order to not wait and i was at store and i asked the employee(!) if she could make my order ready and she was rude and showed my bill and the time to pick saying its 10:40 u have to wait your order; i told her theres still 18 mins ahead and theres nobody at store. She started aggressively acted then i got mad. Then she started to prepare my order. Before finishing my order she started the another order. My mom asked her if she could finish our first. Then she said i can get my money back if i dont want to wait rudely. I waited another 10 mins she s able to finish my refund. The worst part, the owner showed up, i was explaining the issue and asked 2 or 3 times him to check the security cameras and he didn't even listen and told " i belive in her, leave and dont come back again " my mom and me was shocked. Wow!!! What a customer...

Do not go here! There are plenty of other sandwich places to eat at. The staff is very unpleasant. I don't think they are happy. The corporate policies are not customer service oriented anymore. It seems they are more interested in profits rather than customer satisfaction. In the past, customer satisfaction meant better profits due to repeat business etc. I guess that is not the focus anymore. Just like big corporate moguls, it seems they just don't care about the average customer. Who cares about you when there are thousands more that will come. Excellent customer service!! Very friendly employees. I like to take a moment to honor subway's employees honestly. On labor day, we were coming back home from Mexico, it was around 7:45 pm. So, we stop to get sandwiches for all the family. Well, we got home, 1hr 30mins away, and my mom realized that she left her purse at Subway. Imagine, she has money, cc, passports, checks, death certificate, etc. We panic! Of course, we call the store but it was closed. The next day I called early, and they gave us the good news, that they had the purse. From the bottom of my heart thanks you for your hard work...
